Review Starbucks - Santa Paula

What is going on with our Starbucks... I come often but today I had the most unwelcoming service by antasia. The tone and rude attitude for being in customer service is bad. Unprofessional. Please train the staff to know how to greet, speak to customers. Customer service with friendly welcoming attitudes is worth a million bucks. Juan Carlos, thank you so much for being so sweet, kind and polite.

This shop has gotten better. Their servers are more pleasant. The drinks need to be slowed down a bit and made a bit more tasty coming with no haste to get them out so quickly. But overall live their drive through. 👍 Keep improving. Thank you for your service.

I think Starbucks needs to do a better job at hiring people. I have been going to this Starbucks since 2017 and I never had such bad experience until today. One thing that I didn’t like was that I was next in line but instead she took her friends order before mine when she was like two people behind me. That’s not right at all. Another thing that I didn’t like was her attitude I asked her nicely to please give me a venti vanilla latte with no foam and two extra shots and a Venti cup of just ice. And she just gave me an attitude While she finished my drink I want to buy some thing at vons. I came back and there was just a cup of pure water and then my drink had a lot of foam so I asked her to re-make it and she refused too. Tell me what kind of customer service is that? she said she couldn’t remake it because she was busy but she had nobody else in line. By the way her name was ABBY. I am definitely going to speak to her manager.

This Starbucks is inside a VONS grocery store. I find that it is either super-crowded or slow. The customer waiting area isn't too big because there are display shelves crowding it in. As a Starbucks, it's OK but not like a bigger one.

Terrible services I went 06/29/19 Saturday 7:30pm the drinks suck they don’t have manners they make bad drinks!! I am not going to I am not coming back any more to this store it was a girl working and they made it wrong I asked for a drink with no whip cream and they put it on I asked for a new drink and they just removed from the cup they when they should of make a new one but they didn’t terrible service ever

I found two hairs in my frap but I was on the road when I noticed so I didn’t get a refund. I just want the baristas to wear hair nets so this doesn’t happen to anyone else 🤢

The person that helped me was Brianna, I believe. She was really rude and had a really bad attitude I will not be coming here again

Yes I go in sometimes and they are very nice there and the coffee always fresh.
