AMAZE-BALLS! The waitress recommended the scallop dish and all 4 of us got it. Needless to say it was well worth it. The flavors of tomato, ouzo, scallop and parsley merry so well together. Also side note. Wonderful place for people that can't eat gluten or dairy. They are very accommodating and mos
Great place. Super casual. Mostly Greek wines. Delicious food. Especially the Lamb Shank and the Lamb Orzo. Moussaka was fantastic as well. Beet salad too.
It pleases me very much to give this charming spot five stars. Prouve chairs, simple yet delicious fare, earnest service, greek tunes in the background. It feels authentic, more so in approach and sensibility than anything which can be specifically defined. Everything spoke of care.
This is a small mom and pop operation where they have great wines by the glass or bottle and good food. The owner / chef will sometimes cook himself as well. Traditional greek recipes passed down from his family. I highly recommend this spot. The only thing preventing a five star review is that the
Elegant, great Greek food (the chef is from Cyprus) and excellent service! The lamb meatballs were amazing! The place is extremely clean and the lighting is quite spectacular! Don't miss this if you are in Santa Monica.
High quality food in a clean, relaxed environment. We went for lunch with our baby in a stroller. They were very friendly and accommodating. We had the Greek salad, lamb meatballs and branzino. My husband orders branzino often from many other restaurants and this one was highly rated. We'll be back.
One of the best Greek restaurants in the greater Los Angeles area -- and definitely the best in west Los Angeles! Even my Greek friends say many of the dishes rival restaurants in Greece!! The side plates are so good, a delicious dinner can be made just from them. But then there's the various iter
Excellent food prepared by Chef Carlos. Light, well balanced and tastes of high quality ingredients. I especially enjoyed the Octopus and the Beef Stew. Both were excellent. Very nice assortment of beer and wine options.
I’d give the fish 4 stars but other things 3 or less. Tomato soup was ok but basic and the bowl was too huge. Spanakopita came out cold. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had the snapper special and wife had the halibut. Both were delicious.
3-words, Ahi tuna hummus... Amazing. The Spanakopita comes with a truly tasty sauce, if you like goat cheese, this is the dish for you. Grilled Pita is a must, regardless of what you are having. No juice option to drink, but they do have great wine and beers. The service is friendly and efficient.
A Greek restaurant with shareable plates that serves good food. The Mousaka and fava bean dip were especially excellent. Food is a bit pricey for what you get but this is Santa Monica. Excellent, friendly service here.
I love this place. Good area, quality and delicious food, large selection of wines, and friendly service. I am Greek, have been to the country many times and this restaurant makes me feel like I am in Greece.
Quality Mediterranean food with a bright and welcome atmosphere. It's a bit pricey for the amount of serving, but not a bad place to have a departmental lunch.
My favorite restaurant in LA by far. Love the wine, the lamb and orzo, the octopus, the branzino, spanakopita, moussaka... everything basically. And don't sleep on dessert. The galaktoboureko is bomb!
Loved it.It was our last night in Santa Monica, will definately visit when next in LA.wonderful yummy Greek dishes, dips, disappointed that meat or gyros not served dinner times. Eyxaristo bara boli Cypriot owners.
Very lovely server who suggested the Moussaka. It was very rich, but delicious. It is a bit pricey (as are most restaurants in the area).
Interesting menu and wine list. Friendly and knowledgable bartender/wait staff. Felt very comfortable as a woman dining alone.
