We really enjoyed our meal there. Even had the chance to sit next to two local ladies on one of the communal tables with whom we had a really great chat.If you're looking for a healthy meal on a trendy place, this should be on list of places to visit.
Healthy and light fare. The Korean bowl was fantastic, with just the right amount of spice. The Margherita pizza with arugula was a letdown. I ended up just eating all the greens off the top because the pizza was bland. Ginger iced tea was refreshing and especially loved the warm Horchata tea as "dessert."
We arrived at happy hour, just after 3 pm, and two of us shared the happy hour margarita pizza—very good. My son had a nice margarita beverage and I loved their hot ginger tea—robust and delicious. Our waiter was excellent and really added to the visit. Very reasonably priced happy hour menu.

In the week I came back from Tulsa, work continued as usual…as if I never even left! I was glad I had enough things to keep me occupied so I wouldn’t have to spend too much time longing to be back hanging with my Dad. On my way to lab my first day back, I snacked on two new-to-me Picky Bar flavors: Smooth Caffinator and Ah, Fudge Nuts! Surprisingly, I wasn’t blown away by either one, but both had a smooth, chewy texture and a rich, nutty flavor. I just don’t think I’ll be gravitating towards these bars again and again.
Had a nice lunch here. It got busy pretty quickly but the place is huge and service is quick. Food was delicious and fresh as were the juices. It is pretty pricey but I guess that's expected in a place that serves healthy food.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner hear and had the most delicious food. The bruschetta is awesome and the salads and inside out Quinoa burger the best. The teriyaki is a little oily but flavours great. The waiter was outstanding. teriyaki bowl was loved by my friend who struggles to venture further than pasta usually.
Nicer, less noisy and more romantic outside. Great fresh ingredients and great food, but for some reason service was a bit slow. Suspect staff was new, but still very much enjoyed the dinner and tolerated the service that can use a little boost.

Grass Fed Bison Burger - a unique experience but because of that every fact I made allowance for some interesting flavours the sauce added. Tender as it was there was still a nice crust on the patty. The bun whilst a nice compliment was a little too much for the party. All in all a different burger worth trying for sure
Very personal service and experience was exceptional. Staff were friendly and hospitable from the very start and the food was delicious, healthy and fresh. Paul was great as a manger welcoming and checking up on us as was our hostess. Great place especially for healthy eaters.

This is TRUE FOOD! The food here is fresh,clean and just perfect. The waiter was very friendly and kind. Will definitely come again. Highly recommended if you are looking for tasty healthy food.

I LOVED this place. Delicious, healthy food that doesn't taste bland. Tons of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free options. I ate here with 3 other people and we were all very impressed. Beautiful atmosphere, too...I loved all of the fresh plants and herbs everywhere!

Best place ever !!! Our server was amazing she knew to bring our baby girl the steamed organic veggies right away before getting our orders :) the food is amazing and a lot less expensive than I expected , had the sardines , curry, dumplings , gluten free goat chz artichoke pizza and fish tacos all so good !!!
I had the Squash Ricotta Ravioli w/ mushrooms, kale, and a soy based broth- it was a truly unique dish- DELICIOUS! The squash was sweet but the ricotta balanced it out and the mushrm/kale broth added a nice earthiness to it- the flavors really harmonized well together.

We had lunch on a Sunday; food was super fresh and very good. However, service was very slow - even getting water to the table took forever. It wasn't really that busy either but staff standing around.

For the appetizers, we ordered Charred Cauliflower. I liked the idea of chopped dates and pistachio with the cauliflower. Though they both were in a very small quantity but elevated the texture and taste of the dish.
For the main course, we ordered - Spaghetti Squash Casserole and Garden Pesto Pizza. I am not a big squash spaghetti fan, still, I like this dish. I wouldn't be shy about trying this dish another time. The garden pesto pizza was also good.
The con is that the service was very slow. There were only a handful of people when we were there, yet they took 30 mins to bring our food. Also, they brought all the dishes together. By the time we finished one dish, the other two were cold. That was a big turn-off.
Overall, I have a bitter-sweet feeling about this restaurant.
We ordered take out. I ordered the ancient grains bowl. I really enjoyed it. We also tried the vegan double cheeseburger. It was good, would have liked it better with more sauce. Had to add vegan ketchup at home. Oh also had the seasonal veggies. We liked them.

I got the pesto pasta and I loved it. I took the photo almost at the end of my meal. It was a good size meal. They also offer some very good non-alcoholic (and alcoholic) drinks which we very much enjoyed.

Fantastic options to choose from. Enjoyed my meal! I recommend the Teriyaki Quinoa Bowl, I added on tofu which tasted great. I also had a wonderful pink lemonade. I highly recommend.

A great place to eat delicious food that is actually good for you! I had the vegan mushroom and onion pizza on a gf crust with house made ricotta that was incredible. There was no sacrificing on flavors. It was delicious! They offer an impressive menu that includes something for everyone in your party, even for those people who ask, “how do you get your protein?” They were also offering a list of pink drinks to support the Barbie fans!
First time visiting in Santa Monica and a friend recommended this spot for dinner: it definitely didn’t disappoint. The restaurant is spacious and nice, our server was very helpful and kind. The food was clean and had lots of flavour. A little spicy for my own taste but gobbled a lot of water! We started with tuna crudo which was very good and for mains my hubby got the poke bowl and I got one of their bowls and added steak on top. All great fresh and tasty!
TFK is the convenient place to go with friends & family because they cater to everyone's preferences. A farm to fork restaurant with moderately priced selections is a treat for anyone who's never been, and for those who enjoy the experience every time. I have been there twice and love the place. The location is right next to the mall, and they always have a table available. Food is fresh. I love their burrata appetizer/salad. Pizza is delicious. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend the place.
The food is great here, the service is very attentive. One advise you should always add some protein to your bowl, otherwise the portion will be very stingy, as you can see in my pictures. 3 of us had the teriyaki bowl, one with tofu and one with chicken, these portions were pretty good, mine not that much. Leaving hungry.
Very flavorful and upscale food in a casual environment. Liked that the menu lists the calories for each item. The charred cauliflower was amazing!
Great vegan Korean bowl and Smoked gouda turkey burger. Everything is really full of taste. They use ingredients from local farmers.
Nice experience having dinner here. The food was served hot and the service was good, but it took more than 20 minutes to serve dessert. Sea Bass dish was delicious as was the pizza, though it was smaller than expected! The burger wasn’t a good one because it was dry, needed some sauce and it lacked flavor.
To all those people who say healthy food cannot be tasty. Please visit this restaurant to get your mind blown. We ordered Charred Cauliflower, Organic Tuscan Kale Salad and a Vegan Double Cheeseburger.

Organic Tuscan Kale Salad- 4/5. It was yum. I chose to eat salad over burger and I didn't regret my decision.
Vegan Double Cheeseburger -4/5 It was scrumptious. It was served with side of sweet potato hash.
We went on a weekend hence it was little crowded but got the table without reservation.
Last but not least, their super friendly staff. I am rating their hospitality 5/5.
Food was fantastic, as were the staff. The only thing I didn't like was you have to pay for refills on non alcoholic drinks. Charlie was our server, he was fantastic and QUICK!!! PS... Try the lemonade apple drink 😋
