Very authentic family-run kind of restaurant. The food is the most authentic home-cooked style mexican food I have ever had in my life yet. It is a must go in LA, you will love every part of service, food and atmosphere here. A hidden gem, truly.
First time here. Girlfriend and I wanted some quick Mexican food. Overall, did not disappoint! Parking: street or a small lot in back. We went around 10am on Sunday and couldn't find any parking. With a little patience, we finally got a spot in the back lot. Ambience: loved it! This place is very la

The staff as a whole was beyond kind and welcoming. Greeted from almost everyone on staff at any point of the night. The Guac and chips were delicious as I happen to love tortilla chips made freshly on premise. I went for the Steak Picada as my entree and WOW! Bursting with flavor from the first bit
Been coming here my whole life and still come at least a couple times a month. Best Mexican food and family owned, how could you go wrong? Lame to see any negative reviews about this Santa Monica staple. If you aren’t a local and don’t like it, byeeeee!
