Food was absolutely Amazing! We ordered the Mar, Cielo y Tierra Molcajete. It's Delicous & Big enough for 2 people maybe 3. We also ordered Fernando's Super Burrito with Carnitas, a Chicken soft Taco combinación platter, a chicken Burrito Ahogado and Margaritas all around as well as beer on tap and bottled. The Coronas were ideally chilled, the tap beer was cold but only about 1/4 inch of foam. This place is 1st Class and family warmth all combined!
Every time we visit SoCal, this is a must. Service is always great. They are friendly and their Ceviche is to die for! Micheladas are amazing too!

Quick. Reasonably priced. Great food ! For an order of Taquitos, 2 orders of tacos and 2 margaritas; my boyfriend and I only spent $33 during happy hour :) I will definitely re-visit this place next time I’m in California
Casa Martin goes above and beyond! We have dined there many times and loved everything about Casa Martin! Excellent food, caring attentive staff, and ohhhhhhh the Red Sangria best ever.
Came for lunch/dinner 3 days in a row. The food is great! Try anything with Mole! The Veggie spinach enchiladas are great too!

We had the Cevice and it was fabulous! Balanced acidity with stunning visual presentation! Flavorprofile was just right. A little spice, but not so much that you could not taste the fish. Perfect for a Gringo like myself! Highly recommend!

This spot is pretty tight! You're two blocks from the Santa Monica Pier, but paying prices as though you're 10 blocks away. The service was excellent and the food 👌🏾 authentic! Can't say enough positive things, strong recommend.

We tried the nachos with chicken. They were tasty and the chicken was tender and savory. The guacamole was good as well.
We had beef enchiladas. They weren't our favorite because the meat was shredded beef instead of ground beef.
They prices were pretty high.
Overall the service was excellent and the food was great.
Clean and convenient place to get high taste Mexican food at a reasonable price in Santa Monica. Mari took exceptional care of us and even treated us to their homemade flan which was delicious. We shared a platter of their chicken and beef fajitas and the taste was awesome. Highly recommended.
I eat at a lot of places like this. This one stands out significantly. They make real margaritas, no pre made mix out of a bottle. The house margarita was impeccable. The "super" wet steak burrito was absolutely phenomenal. The thing was almost as big as my head and I was scraping the plate at the end; I ate every last bite. Perfect flavor, textures and spices, no chewy, tough steak like you get at so many places. Service was friendly, prompt, and professional without being pretentious or obnoxious whatsoever. A shining star in a sea of questionable places. Will 100% be back soon.

CAMARONES A LA DIABLA was delicious! Every dish that I saw come out of the kitchen I wanted to try or take a photo of it. Their service was superb 👌🏾 and the beverages are something to taste for sure. Roberto is amazing.
Are you kidding me? This place is hands down the best Jalisco style food in the state. The drinks, the food, the service and the vibe. The brothers know how to deliver and present great food. We had the queso fundido, suprema and pineapple margaritas to start, then had the Mar Cielo, Tiera Molcajeta for our main. Just wow on that dish, on point. For desert we had the flan and it didn't disappoint at all. Will be back when I lose the 10 lbs I gained. We ate the Promenade location amd they have tons of outdoor seating. No reservations unless you have a group of 5 or more. Mariachi band on the weekends from 5 to ?
Walked for a carry out order and the staff was very friendly/funny/helpful when ordering. I ordered two tamales (pollo en chile verde - chicken with green sauce for the non-Spanish speakers) à la carte. The total came out to a little over $22 (which had me thinking “these must be the boujee-est tamales ever”).
I got my order in a to go bag with a complementary paper bag of chips and salsa (which contains the cutlery. I was looking for when I open the plastic bag) and couldn’t help but notice that the tamales had red sauce. I was confused, but opened the tamales once I got to my final destination (unfortunately this meant waiting over an hour and a half before finally eating into the meal).
Delicious, savory, abundant. This will be the three words I would use to describe the tamales. The picture in my review is after I have eaten one and I’m already full! My compliments to the chef. Would highly recommend their tamales.
I'm so glad we found this place. The staff was awesome and the burritos were incredible (and huge!) Great margaritas too. I'm definitely eating here every time I visit Santa Monica from now on.
Great food, good atmosphere and extremely nice staff. Love their ceviche! The mojitos and the pomegranate margaritas are delicious. Its a small little place. Can't wait to see the new place when they open it up at the promenade.
Soooo, we just came here in September of 2021 and we wanted to go back again..
We both ordered different food and loved both meals....
I got this super yummy Vegetable Burrito with rice, black beans an awesome Verde sauce and then a secret sauce, drizzled on top...
It came with a small side salad, but remember to ask for dressing or it arrives naked.
The Honey got some baked chicken dish with: Rice, Guac, Pico, Refried Beans and topped with a seared Jalapeno..
We both loved the tastes and the portions were perfect.
Of course we shared a Margherita cause we didn't need to spend another $18 Bucks...lol

Being from Texas, it's hard to find Great Mexican food. We've tried several Mexican restaurants throughout CA but never found any that we liked until we ate here. The Mexican food is fantastic. The Mongo Margarita was perfect. They have homemade tortillas which is a huge plus for us. We'll definitely will be back.

Good Mexican food near the pier. Price is on par with eating near the pier but the portions make up for it. Food was authentic. Server was polite and answered any questions we had.
Absolutely amazing! The food was so delicious! The drinks were fantastic!! The place looks great! Everyone is very nice, and the owner makes you feel like family! I will highly recommend this restaurant!
