Whenever my family and I go to Santa Cruz we always stop and eat here and have never been disappointed. Love the fried prawns meal, clam chowder is amazing and my son loves the fish and chips. The view is always amazing, staff are very attentive and nice and food is always worth going back. Highly recommend.

Excellent food, tremendous service from Dave, great location and veiw. We were truly amazed by the entire experience. Often times when a place has such a great location they'll sacrifice service, quality, value, or all three. Stagnaro's sacrifices nothing. We will certainly be back. Thanks for making our day spectacular.

Great food and great service. We went on a weekday around 5:00 and ordered from the appetizer menu for the four of us. Chili lime tacos, coconut shrimp, calamari. $9.99 each and they were good portions and so yummy. Added two cups of clam chowder and a green salad and that was dinner! Great view too! We love going there!

My friend and I had lunch there today and everything was amazing. Hailey P was our server and she was a pleasure, you are lucky to have her on your team! The rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly also! The lobster quesadilla was so good! Yum!

Hubby got the treasure chest and I got the fish tacos. Both very good and great clam chowder. We will definitely be returning when we’re in the area. They also have a good selection for he kids menu.

We had the nicest staff serving us. We had their clam chowder and cioppino. Both were very tasty! Nice view of the ocean and area around on the pier. If you want the feeling of obvious tradition, go here!

Waited all week to get my bread bowl and shared it with my wife. Also shared the Sand dabs. Really good with the Four Monks malt vinegar. Great service from an eager staff. And very reasonably priced

A really popular and relatively affordable casual dining spot located on the long boardwalk. It’s manned by a number of friendly workers but you’re kind of on your own after you’ve placed your order - they have outdoor dining so you need to find your own seating and it can get quite crowded. You also have to wait in front of the counter so you’re there when your food is ready and they call out your name. Not much method to the madness but given the good, fresh tasty food, one can bear this minor discomfort. Coming to the food - They sell fresh seafood as well. The clam chowder is very popular and I checked with them to ensure it didn’t contain pork. It is quite delicious and served with crunchy saltines. For around six dollars you get a decent portion size. With this I recommend getting the fresh fish tacos - these are 3 pretty large doubled up taco wraps with a good mix of fresh pan fried fish, veggies, sauces and interestingly - apples! Have it with a squeeze of fresh lime and enjoy it with the ocean view. Finally, try the fish burger - which is a fried fish filet in a sesame burger bun with onions, lettuce and tomatoe - the lettuce looked a bit old but remove it and add some hot sauce and you’re good to go. They also give fries on the side. Portion sizes are generous!

Shrimp tacos were bomb! Went around 10:30-11am and was able to get seating and had no wait yet at the counter. Staff was really friendly with questions and suggestions! This was definitely my favorite restaurant spot on the pier. I had the shrimp tacos and they were super delicious and crispy! My mom had the tuna sandwich, which she said was good. Would recommend telling them how you want it took though since the Tuna was more medium and she preferred it well done. Pros: Shaded tent sitting area Great seafood with large portions

Amazing seafood and some of the best views of the water. This restaurant has been my family's go-to for years. The indoor seating was closed, but we had food from the window and it was just as good.
