The cheesesteak sandwich is certainly good which is why I go here from time to time. When the staff made an error and overcharged me they were not able to resolve my concern on the spot. However, an email to the chain's management provided a quick response and a resolution that was more than fair. The quality of their product is always consistently good, and the portions are generous.
