Decent pizza at okay prices. This location is fine, but Papa John's overall is not the best. If you call to place an order, then be prepared for some weird call center system that features no one from the store you called. Not the best and just asking for miscommunications.
Edit in response to owner prompt below: Can your store run promotions without corporate approval? Specially, deals for sodas when you pick up a pizza would be great. Truth be told, I often get a pizza to go and then walk to CVS or Circle K to get sodas because they have better prices.

I used to love Papa John's. Not anymore. I have tried it 3 times in the last 2 months, why you ask? Well because I had coupons to use. It was a waste, just a waste. Not good, no love in this food.

Ordered a pizza at 6:04 pm, was not here in over in hour, called, guy on phone said they where having computer problems and give him 10 more minutes. Starting calling them again at 830pm and now you can't get anyone to answer to cancel the order. This is Papa John's on Lyons. Not happy at all

Told my order would be ready in half an hour. 1 hour later I receive email confirmation that my order was complete. Went to pick up and it wasn’t complete. Waited another half hour. Seemed like every worker there had started just that day! Noticed full boxes sitting aside, asked someone, and they turned out to be part of my order of 5 pizzas. Got home and three of the five pizzas were wrong and all were cold. Never again.
