The drive thru was kind of slow considering it only had 3 cars in line. Also, I had to ask for ketchup, when I ordered burgers and fries, which makes no sense just make it standard to put ketchup on my bag you cheap skates. Then when I got to work to eat my lunch it was missing a burger. I understand being in a rush to keep the drive thru going but it was a small order it should be accurate!

I’ve never been the type of person to leave negative reviews, but here is my experience;I went in at 11:20 am 5/15/22 the manager who is a Hispanic man, bald told me and my family, also Hispanic, that they weren’t taking orders through the register, we would have to order through the kiosk, ok no problem . The problem was that as we were ordering , on the kiosk, another family, white, asked him if anyone was at the register, HE went to the register and got their order. I was livid and walked out without placing my order … I’ve never felt so disrespected… terrible customer service do not recommend.

Had visited this location on our way home from a 4 hour trip. Needless to say will not be our first choice next time we're in the area. I ordered 20 pice chicken nuggets that were partially frozen. Not sure how tgat happens. The dinning room was closed at 9pm so if your order was wrong you had to walk back to the window to get it fixed. Don't forget the overflowing trash can outside. It was kinda gross to see. The sevice was quick and order was correct but there's always room for improvement.

I ordered a large frappe and got halfway down the street and realized there was no straw! HOW CAN I DRINK SOMETHING WITH NO STRAW?!?! Anyways, I would rate it a zero if I could, but I can’t. Even though you ordered a drink and the straws would in my mind, be implied, let them know you need a straw because if not, YOU WILL NOT get one!
