My family and I recently visited this Cold Stone location for a sweet treat. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience due to the staff.
We began by looking at the ice cream cakes in the freezer and one staff member rudely said "are you going to order something?". We were planning on purchasing a cake, but felt rushed and decided to just place our ice cream order. We entered the line at the wrong end and were reprimanded again. After asking what we wanted, they did not say one word to us. They were clearly annoyed that customers had walked in the door, although the store was completely empty other than our group of 5.
Additionally, the woman scooping our ice cream had long hair in a loose/low ponytail with most of it hanging out in the front. Her hair was nearly touching our ice cream. I'm not asking for hairnets to be worn but employees should at least have their hair pulled back to avoid it dangling above the ice cream.
My family and I were kind to the staff regardless of their behavior, but I wish I had said something about how they treated us as customers.

Cold stone has been a favorite of mine for over 15 years. I love how unique it is how they mix everything you want into the ice cream. I could say that they can lower their prices a bit, because they start at 6 to 7 Dollars per cup , and that adds up depending on how many people you go with. I am just saying that it's great ice cream but maybe offer more coupons. I am part of the rewards program but rarely get discounts. Other than that, we do like it alot.

Amazing ice cream of course.
Drove 6 miles to make.it to the store in time and got there at 10:51. Store.closes at 11. Confirmed by calling the store to verify. Confirmed via Google as well.
Showed up and they closed and locked the door. 3 employees cleaning but not willing to answer the door or answer why they were closed
Integrity is so important. Do what you say you are going to do.
Just sucked to drive that far and then settle for what we didn't want. Bummer. Please stay open till the posted hours please.

This location is literally the opposite Of the Canyon country location in Every way. They are rude unprofessional unprofessional and just downright grumpy every time I go in when. They never greet customers. Half of their toppings are never out. They insist blackberries or pie cherries, when they're not. They leave half of your ice cream still on the board and short the container. They tossed a bag at me so I could "back at myself. They put one ice cream in front of me and the other 1 at the other end and pointed said oh it's over there. And they left my receipt on the counter with all of my card information for anyone to grab. I suggested maybe they should take it and put it with the register to protect my information they have to get snotty with me. Even though this is right down the street from my home and work I will drive clear across town to go to the other cold stone every time from now on. Clearly our business is not important tot important to them.

Horrible experience! We went to purchase a cake and asked the workers if they can write Happy Birthday on the cake. The manager relayed that she could not do it because she was busy, pointed to the boxes and stated, “ I have to open all these and I’m busy.” The manger needs to be retrained along with the kids working at this establishment. Horrible customer service!

Laying hands on and pushing a 13-year-old into a table, yelling at a 4-year-old girl to the point of making her cry, and being extremely rude/demanding to at least 4 other adult customers is uncalled for, disrespectful, and very likely considered assault. My family and several others will NEVER step foot into this ColdStones again until a proper apology has been made. The only step taken by the staff was to call someone who refused to identify themselves or what position they held and that individual informed me that they would review the cameras and take action. When I asked to have at least an apology and to give my phone number to be updated as to what actions were being taken, I was told to stop making a scene. Not the fun end of Mother’s Day 2022 my family and I were hoping for. A night ending in tears. Thanks a million to the crude and boorish “manager” at this location.

They should work on communicating with people who order on the app. Every time I come here and I end up waiting over 10 minutes only to be told that my order got canceled.

Came a couple of days ago still an hour from closing, and another couple was being helped by this tall younger guy with long hair, however he kept staring while finishing up with the customers and hadn’t greet us as we came in or gave us any hint he was ready to help us, only staring rudely as the other customers left. We ended up not getting anything as they stopped serving what we wanted by the time we came in which we could understand, but that employee has awful customer service skills.
