Chipo-tini / new product. Burrito's are only half filled now. This used to be one of the best locations I've been to. The last 2 times I've been here they totally skimp. Get ready to be charged more and get less.

The last few times I have been there or ordered my bowls have been packed! I wish they hadn't raised the prices but I am glad they are filling the bowls beyond the rim! This one is half eaten because eI forgot to take a picture until I was halfway through.

This place is a hit and miss....if it's a miss you'll know...rice is bland so is their other food but when it's a hit than its a good lunch for all....

Went in around 12:20 am on May 9 & as soon as we walked in there was no greeting by anyone so it created an unwelcoming tension & a young woman with long black rudely served us and had a huge attitude. She was rushing us, kept giving us bad glances & even finger taping when we would not respond to her question after 2 seconds it felt like. I don’t usually write reviews but seriously don’t understand how customer service was so bad not only on the employees part but everyone in there as a workforce.

Used Uber eats for the second time. Ordered a salad. Did not receive vinaigrette. Salad was half the size it’s ever been when I’ve ordered in person. It was pathetic. Sent the picture out to others. They laughed. Nice job chipotle. I’m heating up a hot pocket as we speak.

I received the wrong order. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and got a chicken burrito bowl. None of the other ingredients were correct either. This was the worst experience I ever had with Chipotle.

Small seating area inside. Larger seating area outside which is ridiculous since it's frequently far too hot outside to bother with that seating. Poor store layout/design. Walked in and had to walk through the line of waiting customers to find the end of the line. Slow service. Took at least 20 minutes to be able to place my order at 6:45pm on a Tuesday.
Men's bathroom stall latches broken for long periods of time. No hook for hanging purse in women's bathroom. Bathrooms less than clean.
In spite of these obvious drawbacks, our meal was actually tasty.
