Wish I can give a 0 star I told the guy for plant based milk and he said oh oops and didn’t even wash the blender for more than a second and I’m like bro I can’t have milk and he then gets moody and slams it shut and gets a new one and makes it . Just cause ur having a bad day doesn’t mean u put it on others like made my whole day awful . I work with food business and this is just sad .

Horrible experience with the Bautista, paid extra money & did not get my extra Carmel drizzle , my Frappuccino looked water down. My moms ice tea was asked with light ice & got more ice in the cup then tea. They accidentally forgot to give me my cake pops & Bartista said unnecessary comment just cause I'm Hispanic. Very disappointed never felt out of place anywhere 😕 or disrespected

An employee named Angel, she's super sweet and kind. The service she gave was fantastic. It was my birthday, we had some difficulty getting the free drink but we figured it out, she was so kind, she gave it to me. Made my day!

With this Starbucks inside the store. I'd recommend to take some coffee to wake yourself up. Workers are incredible kind

They didn’t have either item I wanted. Luckily I had a back up, but even that I waited 15 minutes for. To make it worse I said no dairy, use almond milk. I wached her makebit with regular milk and then when I called her out she said it’s all the same. Also, the place is filthy and smells like vomit.

Delano is the best. It’s a rare treat to be acknowledged while waiting in line. A warm “I’ll be right there for ya” goes a long way. Thanks!
