Jersey Mike's Subs

WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!! My work orders us lunch every day and I had doctors orders to not eat bread for 10 days. I'm also vegan. I had no notice to prep other food. I ordered a GIANT sized veggie sandwich, no cheese, no bread, Mike's Way, add avocado. This is almost a $15 salad. They Left off the bell peppers that should have came with it. The food I got is tiny and looks straight up SAD. I'm about to STARVE on this 12 hr shift. Edit: this has now happened TWICE.

Very disappointed with the management at this place. I waited for an extra half hour for a catering order today 8/5. I noticed someone leaving with another catering order just before I arrived. On top of that, these workers still had to deal with singular online orders AND walk ins... How? How could that possibly be done safely? Two catering orders and daily lunch rushes falling on what, 4 people? I'm amazed they were able to complete the orders as fast as they did. Left a $100 tip so they know someone cares about them, since their management obviously doesn't. EDIT(8/11): As you can see in the owners response, they can't even take responsibility for over working their current employees. It has to be someone else's fault. Absolutely HORRID leadership. My opinion of their management could not fall any lower. Last bit, they say no one's applying, but they have no Job listings available ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Sounds like they're just lazy owners and liars.

I ordered a sandwich and chips for my Great Dane as a last meal before his trip to dog heaven. I was heartbroken and shared the story with the staff which were two young men. Without hesitation they comped the meal. It was such an unexpected gesture and I just want to express my gratitude. What lovely young gentlemen to be so thoughtful. The world needs more of this. They should get a raise! I do not know their names but it was yesterday around 1:20pm.

The food here was the typical Jersey Mike's fare. I was shocked at the bill, though - $32+ for two regular sandwiches and drinks. Surprising, since we both ordered water. Upon closer subsequent examination of the receipt, they apparently charged us for large drinks, never mentioning anything about water. Fortunately, I wasn't the one paying for it! The staff could also benefit from a bit of training on how to speak while wearing masks - every single one were difficult to hear.

I ordered on Postmates and made a mistake and immediately* contacted Jersey Mikes regarding my change which is what the app tell you to do. After 3 times calling no answer , I then tell Postmate agent which then contacts them telling me they can't contact to make the changes either. So I drive to the location to discover the staff member there tells me they turned the phones off due low staff. It's 10 am and nobody is ordering Jersey Mikes and nobody was inside. lol but anyway if your numbers are decreasing at this location maybe review your staffs mental work capacity. Also it was two females there 9/28 1030am not the gentleman from the lovley Great Dane story.

First time at Jersey Mike's and I thought the Philly cheese steak was pretty good! The beef was pretty tender, and I replaced the American cheese, because it's not real cheese, LOL, with swiss. I think that made it a lot better. I'm going to try another sub and if it's even better, then of course I'll increase the rating to five stars but for now I just think Jersey Mike's is very good.
