If I could give zero stars I would. I made a reservation for a group of 8 seniors and we hoped to enjoy a classy tea and lunch. When we got there we were led to a back room that had not even been set up. There was no table linen and it was 3 small tables just pushed together. The tables didn't even look wiped and the mirrors were filthy and had smudge marks on them. The waitress was okay and had a lot of patience with taking our order, but the food was awful. The ciabatta bread was hard, the French toast one of our ladies ordered was hard to chew and when we told the waitress she just said "sorry" but did not offer to make it right. I've never seen an "orange" lobster bisque before but that was the soup of the day and it was as watery as chicken broth and no lobster to be seen. The tiny servings of dessert we ordered at the end were the best part of the meal. The dirty room we were served in, the sloppy presentation of the plates, the silverware wrapped in paper napkins and the plastic water glasses were very underwhelming. On the way home the ladies said it was the worst place they had eaten out of every outing they had gone on. I was so embarrassed. They had been looking forward to this. At least we could have had a clean room with nice linen. I used to love coming here and am not sure what happened. Below is a pic of the mirror and the size of the small tables. Now, imagine 4 of those pushed together to seat 8! So the worst part is they added 18 percent gratuity on the bill so we tipped them twice. The ladies were in such a hurry to leave that we didn’t check the bill thoroughly. I hope this place can make it right. Here is the photo of the room and the dirty mirrors.

The food itself was great. The tea was not amazing but not bad like nothing out of this world to live up to the establishment that it is. The reason I give this place 2 stars is because I purchased one of each dessert they had inside the glass shelves, they tasted like expired flour. Like a dirt moldy flavor. This was all pieces and they are small and expensive $3-$3.50 each. I was very disappointed when I got home and when I called the Cafe back to see if anything could be done I explained the flavor, they assured me they are brought in every 4 days, and asked me what I was suggesting to do. I asked if I could obtain a refund and the lady just said to call the manager back and hung up on me. She didn't actually say when to call and I found it very rude. I wasted $48 dollars on their expired desserts and simply wanted a refund as it would be fair considering their desserts were not fresh. I will not be going back there for sure unfortunately.

The tea, food and service was great. It's hard to find tea houses with good variety but they've got it.

Very cute tea shop. Their food and drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is great. My only recommendation is to either not go at exactly lunch time or make reservations in advance because it gets busy especially on the weekends.

Absolutely adored this place!! The service is awesome, food is delicious, the teas are unique, delicate, aromatic and exquisite. The garden makes you feel like you are in another Country. Very peaceful.

Literally nowhere else in Santa Clarita I'd rather go for breakfast. It's just a cute little place with a nice patio with plants where you can just sit in the sun and take your time enjoying a nice pot of tea 🍵 And the tea! So many varieties. I usually get Jasmine pearl tea because I am a creature of habit but I also really like the Winter Morning tea and really you can't go wrong with any of the others either. The scones are great, if you eat only one thing let it be a chocolate scone with a little clotted cream. So good. You can also get like finger sandwiches and bread bowls with like eggs and hashbrowns and stuff. It's right next to an IHOP but seriously just go here instead. Especially if you like tea.

I was served outside (by choice). But the tables were bare. Would have liked some type of cover bonus them. One afternoon tea service is $40. For that I expect to be served properly on better settings.

This is my favorite place for breakfast. The teas and the food are so good. Never had anything here that I didn't love. Service is always great. The chicken mushroom wrap is to die for!
