They have improved over the period. Previously I used to order something and the store rep used to come out to the curbside pickup and say it is not available. Now a days I am getting what all I order which is why I increased my rating from 2 to 4

Food is as usual McD signature! The order placed through the McD app is not honored in the stores as the same discounts don’t reflect in the final receipt, be extra careful to validate what amount is charged before you leave… though the store manager was courteous enough to return the discount in cash once proper evidence of the app amount shared!

Don’t come to this place, super rude store manager, worst experience ever had in a McDonald’s. I placed a mobile order with a FREE deal of 20pcs nuggets (over $20 purchase), it never showed up in the bag, or on the receipt. Went to the counter and the store manager just yelled at us “There’s no 20pcs nuggets on the receipt! I can’t give you something you didn’t pay for!” Like how I’m supposed to pay for something that should be FREE from a deal? Not helpful at all!

Had a mobile order and everything seemed fine but the fries were stale and lacked salt. However, because it is McDonald's, they were still good. overall the experience was good.

Gave me both my cheeseburgers cold like the meat was room temperature and everything else was cold, definitely avoiding this one in the future. It's not that hard to heat up food that's all you guys do anyways? Really disgusting.

The music system is broken and it is hilarious for like 2 minutes but is acutely absolute pain to be in the waiting area. Please fix it for the sake of your employees as well as your customers. It’s skipping every song constantly at 20% speed up and is noise garbage. At the very least turn it off.

Watch out for cold fries. They try to pass on the ones that have been sitting for awhile. Just tell them that they are cold and you want fresh ones. They will give you fresh after that.

The review is ONLY about McCafe.
I ordered a cappuccino and a latte.
The beverage (I won’t call it a coffee) tastes weird, like you have a chemical solution heated moderately and mixed with a truckload of sugar ( I ordered no sugar).
I think McCafe keeps Starbucks across the street in business which actually serves great cap with a great service.
