Out of the 5-6 panda express in the south bay, this is by far the cheapest one.
Their portions are really small compared to all the other ones. (If you read the last 12 reviews 2/3 of the low reviews are regarding portions.
The quality is definitely below par compared to other locations. The vegetables are under cooked or over cooked, the food taste it dry.
Whether or not this is franchise, it should not operate if it cannot keep up with the rest of the other panda express.
I would not recommend to buy food from this location.

They are so slow. A lot of yelling in some other language. Not enough working on orders. I think they believe if they give smaller portions, they’ll have to cook less often. I guess.
The funny thing with this place is the sauce. I order a family meal. She gave me 1 sauce each.

They seem to give more chow main and fried rice then other Pandas. They had a good selection of different main meals. i was looking for Black Pepper but they didnt have it.

6.9.2022 1:30PM. I ordered something online and let my mom pick it up. They didn't have all the things for my order so they let my mom wait there. But it got too long, my mom waited in the store for 30 minutes and nobody wanted to help. So my mom tried to talk to them and let me talk to them over phone to order something else. But they seemed to refuse help my mom because she doesn't speak English well or she looks Chinese. It's very disrespectful and unpleasant. Hope the manager can find out the problem.

As usual no Veggie Springs rolls after 9PM. not very crowded in the evening. but still staff were busy packing for doordash and other online orders and kept the people visiting physically waiting. otherwise alright.

Food tastes similar to other Panda locations, but the portion size is tiny in comparison. My broccoli and beef entree didn't even cover the noodles underneath.
