I usually try not to be that guy and write reviews, but as someone who used to be a service manager it's pretty sad to see how the quality for Chipotle has gone down overall.
The lobby:
As you see from my photos the lobby was a mess as I sat and ate my food. I sat here for about 15-20 mins during non peak hours(it's 4:30) to see if the cashier or manager would clean and tidy up. They could be using this time to restock, clean, and getting ready for the dinner rush.
The food:
Chipotle is pretty consistent. You really can't mess up the recipes too much, but the chicken and guac was missing salt.
The bathroom:
The pictures tell the story.
The employees:
Youthful and friendly, but yet seemed tired and annoyed.
Like I said previously it's pretty sad seeing a company that I used to enjoy eating at and love working at digging it's own grave. It's not just this location, but all Chipotle locations I have been to in the previous months. Hopefully they can find the root of their downfall and turn things around.

Chipotle as a company is soo cheap. Literally the amount of meat they put on this burrito is for a small child. You can get a gigantic burrito anywhere else for the same price and it tastes better. Chipotle needs to stop having their staff serve you baby portions and charge you extra for an appropriate amount of meat because they gave you nothing in the first place. Don't bother coming here anymore it's not worth your money.

I do not go to chipotle too often but when I do it’s usually to treat myself once in a while, today I did just that. The server skimped on my chicken for my bowl (you’re charging $9.15 for that much?) and when he put cheese it was barely enough so I asked for more
Not to mention he skimped on my rice too.
For the prices you’d think they would give decent portions…..
And speaking of prices , chipotle just keeps getting more expensive by the decade . Yay inflation but it’s more than that…. Each time I go to one it appears as if the prices increase and they aren’t listed on the physical menu, for example their tortillas on side used to be 25 cents and weren’t even listed on the menu itself
. Now they’re .30 all of a sudden? And you don’t even find out till you’re at the friggin register . Then comes the guac. Oh my I cannot tell you how much this annoys me — their physical menu reads guac for $2.55. Not what’s listed on my receipt here

We like chipotle but this location really downgraded. Less quantity and bad service. Go and buy it from Cupertino location and check the quantity.

Very unpleasant experience visiting the location on El Camino Real today 5/20/22 at 1:00 PM. I go to order a burrito and they’re out of chicken and white rice. I asked the employee how long the wait would be until the chicken and rice is ready. His response was 15 minutes so I said okay that’s fine I’ll wait and come back to order. So the 15 minutes goes by and I go back in line to re-order. I ask again when the chicken and rice would be ready. Again same answer, ANOTHER 15 minutes? I wasted my 1 hour lunch during work to drive here and back for the employees to waste my time. Sadly this location is the closet to my house and I visit chipotle very often. I don’t plan on visiting this location ever again!!

Food promised at 7:10 was ready at 7:27. Not a big deal, they are on the end of a dinner rush. Ordered for pick up. Pick up orders are prepared in a different area than order in orders. Replaced my "Mexican coke" with sprite without notification. When asked about it I was told "out of coke" asked for a fountain drink and was given a small without a refund of the difference. Also, not a super big deal. 5 minutes after pick up we found room temperature food. Is the side area where to go orders are prepared not heated? Tortilla on the burrito was brittle and dry.
Every table was dirty, food and trash was on the floor in both the dining room and food preparation areas. 3 out of 4 lemonades we're completely out. 3 staff members were working.
When people say that Chipotle is gross and makes them sick, I wonder if they are referring to this location.

Customer service is just outright non-existent. Once you walk in, the vibe from the crew is just like they are absolutely miserable.
Secondly, i asked for a salad and the next thing this girl (felt like she was in her own world) then said next "what kind of rice do you want?". Never at a Chipotle have i had been asked what rice i wanted with a salad. Lmao. And then i requested to have veggies. She then responded, "we are out of veggies". I asked when they'd he made, she shrugged and said sorry. I walked out. Never had an issue with the De Anza Chipotle. Going there from now on!! ✌✌✌✌✌✌

i don't like to leave bad reviews and im not one to mind if a mistake is made but every time i go to this chipotle my order is wrong, its messy and dirty inside, and they're always out of something. i wouldn't recommend coming to this location unless they can turn things around, hopefully they can eventually.
