First time return since COVID. There is a tent at the lot, so wait time is less. Menu has changed so much. Pre COVID set does not exist. Grill options are limited and no tongue. There is no physical menu. Menu is QR code and order via Toast. I missed the good old days.
Great little Japanese, yakitori restaurant. Had salmon, tuna, ebi, oyster mushrooms and shishitos. Staff was really friendly and really prompt service. I'll be back and recommend. The green tea brulee was really good. 👍🏻👍🏻
Great place for grilled dishes. Staff are so friendly and attentive despite a busy Tuesday night. I never once had to ask them to refill my tea, so I do appreciate this kind of customer service.
The bento tray has nice selection and very reasonable prices as well. The white tuna we had was so fresh
Been coming here 12+ years and Sumiya is still the GOAT for me. Going there makes me feel like I'm back in Japan. Irasshaimase!

High quality food and reasonable price. No lunch specials here but lunch is priced very reasonably and variety of choices. I had oyako don set and my wife had had tonkatsu don set. Meal comes w appetizer and salad of your choice. Would come back to try other lunch menu.
Short version is the food was great and definitely recommend!
Long version: We ordered and paid on our phone and the food came out super quick. We had salmon tataki, udon, beef intestines and a bento box. It was more than enough for 2 people. Everything was great. The only thing I wouldn't recommen
I like this place. Price is on the high end, and food tastes ok. Update: got diarrhea after dinner.
The experience is not worth to the high price. The chicken skin was clearly overcooked. The blue hair server is EXTREMELY COLD. While we are waiting for our table, she continued force us to get out. Even when our table is prepared, she still want us to be out without any explanation. The food is bad
