This is the third order that has been messed up with restaurant connection. We ordered our meal at 6:20 and found out at 7:17 that the restaurant isn’t even open for delivery pick up tonight. I am a pharma rep, and I could not function in my job without Restaurant Connection. I order from them 3-5x per week. Whether it is just drinks or a 3 course dinner, they set up and serve on time and always get it right. They have many restaurants to choose from and their staff and delivery persons
The order was over an hour late. Nobody notified us that it would be late and whoever answered the phone (after lots of busy signals) didn’t seem to know where our order stood. They threatened that they wouldn't know when my food would arrive if we didn't give a larger tip because their "contractors" only receive a small delivery fee and rely on the tips. The contract workers can reject a order based on how much tip is given, this system seems flawed. Very unprofessional,
