Personally I love ceasers place but, yesterday I had a really bad experience I ordered on the phone and I ordered 2ceviche and 1mojarra and 1chile reyeno but when I got home I got tacos and fish soup the food itself was not bad just wasn’t what I ordered, by that time it was too late to return to the store because it was already 9 and they close at that time, so my mother decided to call and they blamed me the customer for getting the wrong food when my food was already gone because they messed my order up with another customer named Angelica, so they “politely” said it was my fault and I should have went back to the store like the other customer did and that they repeated my order to me which They did not I’m very disappointed in my recent experience.

The shrimp cocktail is not what you expect in a traditional mexican restaurant. It is not good. They don't use fresh shelled shrimp, they use the frozen peeled shrimp which changes the flavor and does not have the crunchy texture that a fresh shrimp cocktail should have. Their "aguachile" was bitter and the shrimp disolver in you mouth signaling that it was not fresh, and was probably from at least two days before. Lastly, their agua frescas were 5 dollars each....5 dollars for an agua fresca.... the place is a whole on the wall but its prices are high, too high for the quality of the food and the venue. .... very disappointing. I will never go back there.

Most rude staff of any Mexican restaurant in Santa Barbara, upon arrival the the staff will not greet you or seat you…your required to seat your self..the staff will not even acknowledge you while they’re joking in Spanish among them selves..that are available but the staff wants to make you feel machisma—then you seat your self.. it’s a full service restaurant..but you seat your self..then you seat your self and the service personnel refuses to Acknowledge you for 10-20 ministers—if your very hungry the wait seems like hours—then the FOOD which is aweful..plain..the enchilada is a taco with cheese. My family has stopped going to this restaurant for the reasons outlined above. This is the most insulting & offensive restaurant personnel in the industry. The food is aweful and the service is atrocious plus they are very arrogant, rude and hostile. Good luck guys but this substandard confmditions are non sustainable.

This restaurant does not only serve Mexican seafood dishes, but they also serve other typical Mexican dishes like enchiladas, tortas, and etc. They also have a breakfast menu . I highly recommend to order their micheladas which it's a mix of beer and spicy ingredients. The food ranges from average to very good. Their home made salsa are not the best, but they have other name brand salsas. My favorite dish is the ceviche de camaro.

Whenever I go to this place I see mostly locals which I love. This last time I went we got chicken enchiladas, and el filete de pescado empanizado. They were both soooo good. Everything from the tortillas to de beans tasted homemade. The service was okay, they were extremely busy. I will say last time we got fish it wasn't as tasty. The cóctel de camarones is always good. Overall I recommend this place.
