I had the Bang Bank shrimp appetizer and the Seafood Sampler, while my wife had the USDA NY Prime 12oz. strip steak that she said could use a little more seasoning. I've been coming to Timbers year after year since I can remember. The service is always great and the food is always fresh. Oysters Romanoff and Chilean Sea Bass on repeat. Never a bad server or meal in 10+ years!

Traditions on the Beach was closed during our stay at Island Inn in September, 2019. However the Inn prepared a comprehensive list of highly recommended table fare near the Inn.

When you want the best seafood on Sanibel, you come to Timbers. We're never disappointed here, whether we dine in or grab something from the fish market. The staff are great, the drinks are delicious, and the food is second to none. They even have amazing sushi!
It was so good. Our server Joe was super helpful. I'm glad he explained the menu like he did, And directed me how to get and eat the stone crab claws. I can't wait to come back. We had an awesome time here on Sanibel Island and Timber's was delicious.
The food experience was amazing. The mussels in a tomato, onion type sauce was out of bounds. The seafood Cioppino well simply amazing in a saffron sauce loaded with seafood and fresh pasta. I'm a eater and had the food sweats. I hated the fact that I couldn't finish the generous portion. Go, go
Absolutely delicious! Beautiful atmosphere and our server Jinny was beyond attentive. The best Oysters Rockefeller I've ever had and the scallops were mouth watering. The swordfish was to die for and the brulee was the perfect finish.

Talk about an amazing find! If you love fresh market fish dishes, then Timbers is the place to go to. There is also a bar & grill attached seperate from the dine in restaurant. Food was amazing. Service excellent!
The hotel we stayed at recommend this place and it will not disappoint you. I had the sea food sampler with shrimp, scallops and grouper. Was very good. Had 5 shrimp for 2 bucks was very fresh. Our server Ginny was very friendly and knowledgeable. Make this a must stop.
