Overall experience was great!!! I love this 2cup drink carrier! Keep your spills in the BAG!!! How cute is this!!!! Great customer experience...
Food is typically good, biggest issue is staff leaning around on phones while 1 or 2 do all the work and orders missing food.
I'll be honest-- this visit started off bad as it seemed as if the drive thru attendant had an attitude over the fact that I wanted chicken and BBQ, which they didn't have because they were closing in 10 minutes. By the time we made it to window, she was much more polite and considerate, and offered what was left and available at the last minute. I actually worked at this very location as a teenager, and not only do I understand the fact that as a teenager you could care less about the job itself, and that the grills are cleaned near closing time...although I really wanted chicken and BBQ, I understood. The staff did offer to make some, but I declined as it wasn't necessary and I know how difficult that grill is to clean. They gave my daughter's cookies--- which made this trip pretty fantastic! If you make my kids happy, then I'm happy, and for that you deserve a 5 star review 😉
