I never leave reviews but I can't say enough good things about this family run business. Since moving to Sanford I've tried literally every Caribbean takeout restaurant or meal there is in the area and Montego Bay is By Far THE BEST around. I'd say the Best in all of Orlando, honestly. And I've tried A Lot of spots. Not only are they the most affordable I've found in Central Florida, their food tastes the best too! No Cap. And it's Consistent. I get the jerk chicken everytime and I've Never had a bad plate or poor experience here. The family is friendly and the environment is always clean. The Food is made to order so you may wait a few minutes for your order but it's worth it. Their Food Hits Every Time. šÆ They have a small dining area to eat and you can call ahead to place your order too. Plenty of parking in plaza as well. Try this spot and thank me laterš You will not be disappointed!! (LOL this is not an ad - this place just That GOOD)
Iām originally from up north where there are authentic Jamaican restaurants and since Iāve been living in Florida it has been almost impossible to find one thatās close to the ones back home. This place is hands down the best!! From the moment I walked through the door I felt like I was back home and the meal I ordered hit it right on the money!! The picture I added does it no justice because I had already started chowing down but I had to include it to give yāall an idea this is a medium plate the portions were on point!!! I also ordered a beer patty and some rum cake as well both also soooo good!! 10/10 Would highly recommend!!
I got the Curry Chickenā¦.. DELICIOUS!!! Customer service is always amazing. My fiancĆ© and I normally get the oxtail but there isnāt a single thing we havenāt loved!! Make sure to grab a Jamaican soda too!!
Iāve had food from here twice, now. I tried the jerk chicken, rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains. Everything was delicious! The prices are fair and portion size is great. I look forward to coming back

The only Jamaican spot I patronize. I have tried others....even in Miami. This one is the best tho. I appreciate them not cooking the cabbage too mushy as well. My son and I call this spot "aunties". I love the jerk chicken and my kids love their curry goat.
this place right here, fire! My wife is Jamaican and she loves this place. The spice is just right and they got the seasoning perfect. Thank yall for some great food!
First time visitor but definitely will be a regular. I am in the area about 1x a week and saw it while driving and decided to stop in. Met "June" who might be the owner and asked about her business and she was super pleasant and nice. That won me over immediately and then once I got home and tried the food, I was completely sold! Give it a try if you're in the area!!

Food was amazing!!!! Tasted like grandma made the rice and peas and the Mac and cheese ā¤ļøā¤ļø. Best rice and peas Iāve ever hadā¦ extremely friendly workers as well and made my beef patties nice and fresh
Huge portions. In depth flavors. Tender meats. We enjoyed beef patties, oxtail meal, jerk chicken meal, & curry goat meal. Long wait time. I would advise ordering in advance.
Broke da mouf.....first time here. Had jerk pork, rice with oxtail gravy, plantains, and cabbage. It was sooo delicious. Pork was moist and succulent, oxtail gave on that perfectly cooked rice was perfect, veggies were delicious, I am usually not a big fan of plantains; however, these were the so good I could eat a plate of them alone.
