Always a great stop. This location is my favorite but have been to many. We went in for my birthday and it was great. We had Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parmigiana, Pasta Fagioli and Salad. Everything was fresh and warm. The waitress Jessica was super friendly, attentive and courteous. She found out it was my birthday and brought me the best piece of chocolate covered cheese cake. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this location.

I think we were the first customer of the day. Our server Marcus was very attentive and very accomodating too. Food came out fast, very hot and very delicious. Good job and thanks.

We had not been in a long time and never to this location and the food was very good and the service was amazing, our waitress probably checked on us every 10 minutes. Food was hot. Definitely recommend! We will be back!

Ordered some take out for dinner. It was good. Better in-house but still yummy and filling.

We were seated immediately upon arrival, which was about 4:30 at the South Towne Olive Garden. Expect a little wait if you come later, but usually it isn't longer than 10 minutes.
Dora was our server and she was excellent! She got our drink orders and was prompt in bringing everything out. There was a small delay in the bread sticks (this is rather normal during dinnertime). We got our appetizer promptly-it was Shrimp Fritto misto- truly excellent!! Unfortunately we filled up on that and salad and bread sticks, so we ended up taking most of our entrees home. (Which re-heat beautifully!). We had the Tour of Italy and the Fettuccini Alfredo with Crispy chicken. Both were served piping hot and were scrumptious. Honestly, it was nice having some the next day.....it ended up being our entire dinner the next day since the portions were so generous. All in all a most pleasant experience!

Went there for a birthday dinner. Their food is still pretty great. The breadsticks & salad are still my favorite. Reasonably priced. Good place for large groups. And they didn't embarrass us by singing so that's worth another star!!

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff who provided impeccable service throughout my visit. The waitstaff was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of perfection.
Now, let's talk about the food. Every dish that I ordered was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was simply beautiful. It truly felt like a culinary journey with each bite.

I am super impressed with the service we received. Not impressed with the booking and wait line process. The on line reduces parties to 6 but we had 8. I called to see if I could get o. A wait lot for 8 and the person who answers the phone was worthless, either unwilling or unable to think outside the box. So I hung up frustrated, got creative and made 2 bookings for 4. The staff was very accommodating to this unusual request and allowed us to push 2 tables together. The waitress was amazing. I wish I remembered her name, she was above and beyond and maybe the most attentive waitress I’ve ever had.

Our waitress was amazing. But when I arrived I asked if my friend and I could sit at the bar. We were told no that there was not enough wait staff to work it. Ok, went out to wait for our table, and when we came back in, the bar area was full up. I was quite irritated with that.

Everything was great! The best part of our experience was Kylie. She was truly one of the best waitresses I've ever had. She was sweet, funny, attentive and quick. I would come back just to talk to her! I have never gone out of my way to tell a manager how great a waitress is, and I ensured he knew how great our experience was.

Went here a few days ago with my grandma and boyfriend for the endless pasta, soup, and breadstick deal... we loved everything! It had been a while since all of us went and we were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. Our waitress Hea was super nice, attentive, and helped make our experience enjoyable.

Eli was the best server we’ve ever had, he had such an amazing presence, he constantly made sure we were satisfied and happy with our visit, drinks were always full the food was fresh and tasted amazing. We were always taken care of even after our food came out. Highly suggest asking for Eli if you go to this location

The service was great. Dori was so personable and attentive. The food was hot, and it was served quickly. The chicken and shrimp carbonara (sp?) Had the least amount of actual chicken and shrimp ever, very skimpy and the sauce runny. Most of the other food was tasty
