Be aware of the guacamole. Last week I ordered a side with my burrito bowl with some chips and bit down on this stem of an avocado. Nearly busted a tooth. Reached out to the website and chipotle has not called me back to address the matter. Folks want to make food and not take the time to ensure proper quality and safety measures are being taken. Shame. Guess I’ll make my guac at home.

We ordered 2 salads. One had 10 measly pieces of lettuce, one had no lettuce at all. When we asked for salad dressing they rudely said that the morning crew didn’t make any and didn’t even try to care. I can’t get through to anyone on the phone. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience at Chipotle until now. Also both salads didn’t come with salsa or even enough food.

The customer service here is less to be desired. There isn’t any type of greeting or thanks for patronage. It’s just what can I get for you? The lid was not secured to the bowl allowing the food and salsa to leak through the bag causing the food to spill out. Cashier treats you as if you are bothering her. I had purchased chips along with my veggie bowl and cashier forget to hand it to me along with my purchase, no big deal but at least apologize. The amount that is being charged for the chips $1.55 versus the amount of chips that is given is a rip off. I was better going to Moe’s. At least greet you and give more with their portions.

The General Manager was working the lane pickup window. He was VERY and I mean VERY disrespectful and rude. He would not serve me because he wanted me to drive around to the back of the line because I was 3 mins early to pickup up my order that was placed through the app. I refused to do so, so he called the cops on me. I did not receive my food and he attempted to embarrass me because he had no control over the restaurant. The restaurant is also very unsanitary. During another visit I observed a guy bring his dog inside and order food with his pet in his arm. As well all know the food I'd not covered and only slightly blocked by a glass shield. Also when they're building the bowls the food gets thrown around in mixed into the beans and salsa that the next person has to order from.

Trash! Food was majorly lacking in flavor and we had a 5:20pm pickup time, only to be waiting an additional 12 minutes. What are they back there doing? The location is virtually empty on a Friday evening, every single table in the building is dirty, and the area where you get the forks and drinks was disgusting. They need the health inspectors to come out and check up on this location because it was horrible. Customer service sucked also.

Online order was 15 minutes late. Finally get the food and the order is 100% wrong. There seemed to be plenty of employees there but no one seemed to know what they’re doing. Waited 15 more minutes to get my actual order. Was continuously told “yours is next” while watching multiple orders come out next. Manger is very immature with awful customer service.

Had some teens in front of me really working the staff. THEY HANDLED IT LIKE CHAMPIONS. These girls did their best to slow them down and keep them from staying cool, but this team is clearly A+. Even after dealing with allllll…that.. they laughed, joked, made me feel so important as a customer, and welcome as a person. I wish I’d caught the names of the people working today (Thursday May 19th, 2022) but the ENTIRE team on staff today at 1:30-2pm ish, you guys are amazing and deserve recognition for perfect professionalism, and an uncanny ability to CONTINUE good work despite anyone elses efforts to throw them off their game. Food tastes AMAZING. Way better than other chipotle’s I’ve been to. Thank you guys. Really made my day a lot better, and made my family very happy with the food. 👍👍👍👍👍👍 a million stars!

Probably the worst of all the locations that I have eaten at, just strange, lady didn’t know how to roll a burrito, they didn’t have fresh fruit for the kids meal, tried to charge me for a chocolate mill that was included in the meal and my food was dry and seemed like it was yesterdays chicken. Bad location.
