Best gluten free treats around. Chef Eric makes amazing stuff! We happened in the shop at the perfect time - hot and ready pizza and cheese bread from 5-6 on Friday. Best happy hour ever! Order online if you can't make it here.

What a find! We are on a trip and I stumbled upon this bakery and I’m in heaven. Everything is gluten free, with dairy and soy free options too. The hamburger buns are amazing and for once I’m my life I’m not eating dry GF bread! The pastries are killer and I plan on freezing some. I wish I would have stocked up more!!

This place is truly a God send. My wife is gluten free & to find something like this made her over noted! Even if you are not gluten free, these baked goods are delicious. Try the fudge & the doughnuts! Yes gluten free doughnuts for the win!

This place was incredible. The owner/Chef is super nice. The friends who came with us tried the oatmeal cream pie, Swiss cake rolls, cinnamon rolls...Couldn’t tell it was gluten free. It was that good! Hands down the best gluten free bakery I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to make another trip back to the area.

Phenomenal food! We stopped in while visiting from out of town to try the gluten free swiss rolls. They were so good! We ended up getting a bunch of things to take back to our hotel and it was all delicious. The chocolate dipped donut holes were our favorite. Very reasonably priced and the owner was really friendly.

Sin City gluten free bakery is Erie County, Ohio's only full-blown gluten free bake shop in the area. They have an excellent variety of assorted goods. You can get focaccia Pizza or a sweet treats if you so desire on Friday nights, they do hot pizza, or they'll make the entire pizza for you. And, you can take it to go or you can just buy the crust and take it home and do it yourself. The owner, Eric, is extremely kind and very accommodating, and more than willing to talk to you. He will be happy to explain why a chef of his caliber left Vegas to open a gluten free bake shop in North Eastern Ohio. We were very happy to find this little gem and wish his business success.

I was there as an observer as a friend of mine has a gluten allergy that severely limits her diet. She loves coming here to get baked goods. The owner is very friendly and bakes everything everyday fresh from scratch. While prices are a little high because of the cost of the ingredients, you are getting a very high quality product. The owner also tries to accommodate as many allergies as he can, talking with a customer whom couldn't have sorgum in her baked goods. The layout of the store is a little weird. He would do well to make the shelves fuller.
