Review Taco Bell - Sandusky

They were locking the lobby when we pulled up at 11:30 for lunch we were told to go through the drive through. In drive through asked to make two separate orders and were told we couldn't. Then had to repeat the order 37 times to get it right. Pretty sure everyone in the store got up and ate a bowl of stupid for breakfast

I asked 4 sour cream paid 4 it but didn't receive it. My quesadilla wasn't even cut. But it was the 1st time they had topped my entire taco w cheese like they do in Port Clinton.

Watch out. If they have too many DoorDash orders you won’t be able to place an order at the drive thru because they will be too overwhelmed. Waited at least fifteen minutes to get to the order station and was then told to wait. Waited at least ten more minutes before I was told I needed to wait until they got their DoorDash orders figured out. I drove away.

Everytime I go here I’m met with horrible attitudes, incorrect food, and soggy tacos. I asked for sour cream and paid for it but didn’t receive it on any of the three items I ordered. When I got home my Doritos tack was so soggy I had to hold the bottom together (I live 5 minutes away) I’m overall unimpressed and aggravated. I’ve lived here my whole life and this specific Taco Bell is garbage

Entire lobby and bathroom were disgusting. Staff was a little rude, they forgot part of our order, got part of the order they remembered to do wrong, first 2 drinks we tried were out. Definitely will never be coming here again.

Rude and horrible, charged us for something we did not order and when I told them they jacked up the order they would not make it right saying I am being rude to the employee which I never talked to. Then when we got home all of our order was not even there and find out half the stuff we did order was wrong. Come on people how hard is it to make a correct order?? It’s not rocket science. Will not be returning to this location at all.

Avoid this place at all costs. The ice machine has been broken for months and they will not tell you this…you just get warm drinks. They are also consistently out of ingredients at this location, which they also will not tell you. They will make your item with the missing items and send you on your way. For example, the last two times I’ve order a chicken quesadilla the sauce is nowhere to be found…all I get is a few tiny pieces of chicken and some cheese that never gets melted because they pull it from the “oven” before it finishes due to being in a rush. If you can make the drive to the Fun drive location please do because you will regret coming here!

looks nice good ok you may not get service if you do it may take forever. employees are often rude.
