Review Mcdonald's - Sandusky

I come here just for the steak bagels because their the only ones who has them. They always make them fresh & they taste amazing!! Staff is friendly (for the most part).

Definitely avoid this place! They don't care about their customers, and special requests are was to complicated for them and they won't get it right. And won't bother to try and fix it for you either. Also ordered 2 smoothies and the medium one they couldn't even fill it up it was at least an inch from the top. Will definitely never be going back here.

Today is Sunday May 15th at about 7:40 I went in to get my mobile order and I stood there while two people looked at me the one I understand was busy at the drive-thru trying to get those orders out cuz the drive-thru was busy but this kid young kid come through there and looked at me and went to the back then he came back started working on hash browns that kid came up then looked at me went over started packing up stuff I'm assuming for drive-thru and I looked at him and I said is there are you getting somebody going to help me or am I just going to keep standing here I said you've looked at me twice already and I told him I had a mobile order so we looked up the number and the kid in the back that makes the food said here are the two sausage McMuffins for that order I mean usually I don't have to stand there that long before somebody comes over and it's usually I think the manager you know a lot of times I'll go through the drive-thru but if it's busy I'll go inside so that I'm not late for work but this time today it was ridiculous that I had to just keep standing there while people were looking at me and nobody bothered to come over and ask if I you know one door or something or what they just kept looking and ignoring well mainly that kid that looked at me twice and ignored me

Asked for no pickles, gave me pickles but no onions. Totally ruined the sandwich. They at least had good customer service.

Our food is ALWAYS missing something. Or its burnt. Or they forget about us when they tell us to pull in to a spot and wait 20+ minutes! Even when they're not busy! Today was the last straw. EVERY. TIME. we go here it is a bad experience. Never going back ever again. 10/10 DON'T go here ever

Better service and quality of the food in my to go order was much better than the one on rt 250 in sandusky

They have kiosks in the front of the restaurant where you place your order and then have your food delivered to your table. Pretty cool. Not much interaction with employees if you need anything. And it took awhile for them to bring out the food. Still good, fresh

The guy taking the order was nice and efficient. The last giving me the food was ok. She was slow and just looked at me instead of asking what I needed. I asked for grape jelly she gave us one jelly packet for two sandwiches and didn't give us napkins.
