Review Jimmy John's - Sandusky

Good thing their sandwich bread is tasty, cause the first 2 bites and last 2 bites of my sandwich were all bread. The meat and fixings were piled in the middle. My sandwich tasted good but if I was the manager, I would teach my employees to make each sandwich as if they were going to eat it themselves. Yes, they are fast but doesnt have to be at the sacrifice of quality. When I'm paying almost $10 for a quick lunch, I expect quality! Doubt I'll return.

food is good just not always accurate, ive had issues in the past with light lettuce, either there is a salad on my sandwich or none, no matter how i ask for lite. today i ordered a box of food and it was unmarked hard to sort out and missing sides. called and the young girl argued my order is wrong i iaid i got the rest of the combo? hows that work then? and she apologized and said she would send it. an hour later still sitting and she offered to send on the next delivery. wow, didnt didnt know freaky fast doesnt apply to getting the rest of the meal, i dont know why they whernt sent. so i called again and jus asked for it to be cancelled and asked for a credit or a coupon, because i love JJ, so regardless of my jacked up order she credited me 2 dollars... the chips where 1.39+ tax X 2. why wouldnt you round up or even look out for a regular customer. sara the manager i was passed to was great, but the girl answering the phone has an attitude. i i ththk next time ill jus order from the other JJ in my town.

There was 5 young servers that were goofing off. They were polite, but as a fast food chain worker in my youth. There were too many people on the clock, which explains the price of the cheaply made food ! 3 slices of bacon with 2 tomatoes and barely any lettuce, mostly sub & a touch of mayonnaise.

Jimmy John's on Hayes Ave has yet AGAIN proven to be the best fast food restaurant in Sandusky by having exceptionally courteous, attentive, respectful and knowledgeable staff members. There is a young gentleman named "COLE" who consistently goes above and beyond to make sure our orders are just perfect for my family and I. He has admirable people skills as his charming personality and wit will make you smile no matter what mood you were in!!!! So......."THANK YOU, AGAIN, JIMMY JOHN'S & COLE!

This store has been closed for over 3 months. It still active on DoorDash, but is closed. HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. Remove this garbage

Well, lets say the food here was amazing okkkkkkkkkk, but its a good thing its served cold or else youd be very disappointed waiting 45 mins for a hot meal to be served ice cold, lets just say there was nothing freaky fast happening here other then my barely contained rage after this visit

As far as I'm concerned the best sandwiches made the fastest delivery and a really great price and always fresh whether you order it over the phone or you walk in. You can also dine in and they're friendly staff is always there to help you

Only had one time they messed up my order and they delivered me a brand new sandwich. So great service and great food.
