Review Pizza Hut - Sandusky

Was not aware that the "5 dollar line up" had been stealthily changed to the "5 'n up line up" so that the two pizzas we ordered before for $10 turned out to be almost twice as much! This wouldn't normally be something to knock of points for however the waitress neglected to inform us that it was so.

Great pizza, great service. Its in a busy location, so having a little patience goes a long way wjth these guys. I had to wait 10 extra minutes than what they said to get my pizza. No big deal to me, but they brought me a 2 liter for no charge. Thanks guys

Regarding the Pizza Hut near the Kalahari resort. We ordered 4 large pizzas with varying toppings and some side items to include pop ( yeah, that's right POP). They said 30 minutes to include delivery time. Sure enough, 32 minutes later the driver met us at the back entrance to the North Tower (can't remember the name) with our order on perfect form, and with HOT pizzas! Price wasn't too bad, and it was about the same price we would have paid for 2 large pies in-house. And my wife, who's critical of all pizza, loved it. Case closed.

The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. If you enter delivery instructions in the app it does not transfer to the store apparently. And so it is then it is the customers fault they are not followed. The manager did not care to offer any kind of discount for this error since they did not deliver my food and it’s “not their fault.” And it is also my fault that I did not have my cell phone number entered in, instead I have my home number entered. Since I am at work ordering food my family did not know that food was ordered. But again the manager put me at full blame for all of this.

Honestly, me and my woman have been eating out alot. Pizza Hut was going to be the last time I ever ate out if the customer service was bad. Well, Pizza Hut, you did an excellent job. Waitress kept up on drinks (even gave me a to go one since I finished my cup), didn't take forever to get food, food was hot (very), tasted good too. Overall was a great experience.

This Pizza Hut was so good. We spent all day at Cedar Point (and hardly ate anything because $8 hot dogs no thanks) and were relieved to find this place open until 12 am on a Sunday night. We were starving. The waitress told us of their "special" which was for 2 or more medium pizzas for $7 per pizza. I get the feeling they were trying to get rid of pizzas this late at night because that deal is too good. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and ate them so fast and left satiated.

Stopped in for a hot and ready pizza, and that's exactly what we got. I didn't go inside, she did, but she loves going there so it must be ok, she's fairly picky. But it's Pizza hut, probably the same across the land. Located in a decent enough neighborhood, appeared to be a newer building. It didn't seem busy at the time we got there. parking was good. Price and availability of the food is hard to beat.

Very disappointed in service. Ordered online at 4pm for 6pm pick up. Pizza was not ready. Waiting until 645pm before getting pizza and asked "not to come back for that much food again". I know we ordered nine pizzas but there was a 2 hour warning. In addition, the order was messed up so I had to return to the store after calling and waited an additional 20 mins for my missing pizza. There was a large line at the window and inside where people had been waiting extensively for food. The dining room had 8 tables that were not bused.

This is the sixth time in a row I've had something screwed up on my order. I have no idea what on God's green earth is going on behind the scenes but what ever it is it's making this pizza hut absolutely suck! This is my home town pizza hut damn it! And that wasn't just a slogan from the 80's to me. Please for the love of God get your shit together. Hire people that can you know..... follow simple instructions. Maybe a manager that can manage a store. That would be a good start. Until you get things straighten out the pizza hut in Sandusky Ohio can eat my dairreha.

It's Saturday night so I went to pick it up instead of having it delivered because the wait times for delivery are ridiculous. So j get to the store at the estimated pick up time. I had to wait another twenty minutes just to get someone to get to me at the counter. I couldn't drive through the pick up window because it was blocked by a bus. Then once I did get to the counter they couldn't find my order. Then when they found it it came out of the warmer and not all the pieces were there so I had to wait another five minutes. Then I finally get to go home (5 minute drive tops) and it's barely like warm when I take the first bite. Come on �

I am from Ashland Kentucky. We eat at the Pizza Hut in Sandusky every time we go on vacation up there. It is my favorite pizza place of all time. Delicious pizza and great service!

This is literally the worst Pizza Hut out there! The manager Tanner is terrible at handling people and has no clue about customer service. One of the cashiers was rude and had an attitude the moment we walked in and the other cashier was dropping curse words like it was her job. On top of all this we ordered at 5 or pizza was quoted to be done at 5:30 and we didn’t receive our pizza until 6:30.

My boys and I were on vacation in the area..... this place is the best Pizza Hut we've ever been to. Carson was our waitress, she was awesome. The food was great..very clean restaurant!

The pizza was honestly the most terrible pizza I have ever had. The only good part was the stuffed grilled cheese part of the crust other than that I couldn't even bare to eat. It was cold. The dough was probably the driest most chewiest pizza I have ever eaten. Any it was so flat it could barely hold what little toppings it did have on it. Looked like they took a small pizza dough and stretched it to make a large. Also I couldn't even tell if there was sauce on it. I mean I wasn't expecting much but for 15 dollars for a large 1 item I would hope it to at least be edible. Whoever took part in making this pizza should never work at another restaurant ever again or anywhere. Only giving 1 star because unfortunately you have too to review this worthless place of business. If your reading this and thinking about buying a pizza from here save yourself the money and the wait and go outside look in the grass and find any piece of dog droppings and eat that.

Delicious pizza and salad. Excellent waitress but forgot our sauce with our garlic bread. She was very nice and corrected it right away.

I'm from Detroit and we have a routine we go to Cedar Point after Cedar Point we stopped at the same Pizza Hut for some reason their Pizza out does any other pizza I've ever had. Its CRACK!!!! LOL we ordered 2 ate them and ordered 1 to go. Ooohhhhh never drink there rootbeer...you will never want any other pop in your life. See yall hallow weekend

I spent over $75.00 on dinner last night & was told no when I requested the one & only refill of my soda. Never again, taking my business elsewhere!

An hour and 15 min wait for a pizza order only to be handed cold pizza. The only positive thing I will say is that Patrick the young man running his butt off was trying his hardest to give customers great service.

After spending the whole day at Cedar Point. My boyfriend and I were starving. So we went to this Pizza Hut. To our surprise it also service beer! And there was a salad bar too! There is no better combination than pizza and beer! Love it.
