We have gone twice, each time worse than the last. Service was a joke, staff was more interested in socializing than making sure we had a drinks and food. The bartender repeated back one of our drinks, and made it with the completely wrong alcohol. I understand lax on a uniform but coming in to work

Foods good . Service is good sometimes depending on the waitress /bartender and lf there having a good day I guess iv been here alot friendly at first but one waitress always gives me the nastiest looks I don't get it but whatever

Best wings. I honestly love Brass Pelican, but the reviews don't lie, service is bad. Just not enough people, and it's been like that forever. The ladies work hard, but if you need something, just go up to the bar and say something or you're going to be there all night.

Service is crazy slow. Seems like it could use some help in organizing staff as well as smiling once in a while. Its not an easy job I get it. The food is great. Individually the waitresses are fine. It shouldnt take 45 mins to get waited on when the place isnt packed.
