We have been to great wolf multiple times now. Their customer service is amazing. Two of the stays were during COVID and they are so clean and sanitary as well as accommodating activities for the kids to still be safe and have a great time. Always a great experience.

Your child's experience is the only thing that matters when booking a trip to Great Wolf Lodge. My kid absolutely loved it. Nonstop fun for her and that is all that mattered. She made so many memories that will last a lifetime. As an adult, however, there are many things to prepare yourself for: The food is terrible, do not buy the meal pass, not worth it at all The hotel is very loud up until "quiet" time at 11 pm. Very Loud. Expect to spend some money, it is not a cheap place. The workers were amazing. All of them. But they seem short staffed and the workers were constantly pulled in different directions. Like 1 employee was running the candy stand and build a bear at 1 point during our stay. Could have just been covering a break, but something you should expect. Treat them with respect, they are working hard. The pool area does not require masks, if you don't like that, don't go. Very stupid to leave a negative review based on this. This is information you have before you go. It is an indoor water park, there is no mask wearing in that area. The rest of the lodge, everyone wears masks. Again, if uncomfortable with that, don't go. If you understand this trip is for your kids, it will be a great time and you should definitely book a stay. Just keep in mind, you will spend some money, nothing is geared toward adults, there are kids running around everywhere, and the staff is overworked. Last note, the wand/wizard game was a lot of fun. I found myself taking my daughter's wand and finding things on my own lol
