They just turned me away due to “the weather”. There are no tornado sirens, no rain, no thunder, no lightning, no snow. The weather is 74 degrees and cloudy. So I’m not understanding what the weather has to do with you guys making my macchiato. Absolutely worst worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too.
Ordered a coffee, waited 20 minutes inside, still no coffee. When I asked, they said oh your coffee is right there. It had been sitting on counter for 10 minutes but didn't have my name, it was someone else's name. Then it was already cooled off and did not taste like what I ordered. Also cup was on
Standard Starbucks with a drive thru. It's the only on that's relatively close to anything. Location was clean, it's not the biggest Starbucks but it has some work spaces. Baristas were nice, fast, and made my drink right.
Excellent service. Very fast, friendly & professional. They just need a better location like in front of the Sandusky Mall. Current location is not enough space and too much traffic for its area
I don't know who it was who suggested my drink because I can not have coffee chocolate or milk but this was great. Hazelnut and coconut milk wow
The older woman in the drive thru early in the morning during the week is very rude. No reason for this. If you don’t like your job. Work elsewhere.
Staff and managers are very friendly and
accommodating. Could not ask for better service. Like TV Cheers, everyone
knows your name.
Super fast and efficient! They had a huge drive thru line and also customers in the store. Super friendly too!
