Review Bob Evans - Sandusky

Our server Buffy was great. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. She has a very uplifting and encouraging personality. It made our experience that much better. Also, the food was fresh and delicious. It didn't take long at all for us to receive our order. Kudos to the entire staff.

The server was very busy but she did a good job. My food was good

Had the 3 Meat Omlet and Hash Browns, and it was amazing! Very good food and friendly service. I was a little surprised that everyone was seated in one section (with all of the social distancing concern), but was alright

We went to eat after seeing the movie "Heaven". The food was very good. I had shrimp and my friend had a roast beef sandwich.

Worst breakfast experience I've EVER had . My scrambled eggs were more of an empty omelette and that mess was overcooked. Inedible. The service was perfectly acceptable for a franchise.

Went here for breakfast when I was out of town. I was expecting very similar to our one back at home boy was I wrong. This Bob Evans reminded me why I one Bob Evans. I ordered hot coco it was PERFECT. The ONLY issue I had the entire time was I didn't have silverware and plates at the hotel to finish my leftovers 😨

Burger was pretty fleshy, waitress was decent. But only checked on us a few times, and seemingly checked once more after the food was served. Got a new burger, but just not impressed with the taste.

Had to wait along time for our food because they had a huge takeout order. The waitress never checked back with us. The food was great.

If I could rate a zero I would. The service we received tonight was absolutely horrible.. First our server made fun of my husband for asking if he could substitute something in his meal. Then I sat with an empty cup for 10mins after our server brought my husband a refill. After this I was really trying to look past these things and enjoy my meal. I looked at the warming station and my husbands pancakes sat there for at least 20 minutes. Our server said here's your fresh pancakes. Again we tried to look past it. We began to eat our food and as I was eating I noticed yellow stuff on my plate. I recieved country fried stake with mashed potatoes, none in which are yellow. I then realized I had been eating off a dirty plate! Dried up egg yolk on my plate! I immediately told the manager and he said, I'll get you another one and walked away. I didn't want another one, I wanted my refund. He brought out my food and made the comment, "no yellow stuff". We boxed it up and left. We were expected to pay our entire bill after everything we went through during our visit. I'm disappointed in the service we recieved and I plan on never going to a Bob Evans again.

Our waitress never offered to even refill our drinks. The were not busy. I haven’t been back to the Sandusky, OH location in probably at least a year because the service is so poor. It’s better to travel to Fremont, OH and get excellent service and the food is great. I didn’t say anything when paying because the manager at the Sandusky location is also awful.

Our breakfast was great and our waitress took good care of us. I bought giant cookies and everyone loved them.🌸🌸

Horrible!!!! Went with a friend and her kid. When we first got there we waited 5 mins to be say and they weren't even busy. Home fries were burnt. Fries were brown crisp and not hot like they have just been sitting waiting for someone to order. Grilled cheese wasn't done all the way and cappuccino was warm. My friends toast was horrible. They just put a glob of butter between the pieces. Asked for fresh toast and was given half a piece instead of the full order she was supposed to get. Will not be returning.

Food was good but our waitress was very rude an not funny an we were there first thing in the morning, when they opened, an they didn't seem to have all breakfast items ready for the day

Kevin the server was great no complaints. Though I ordered the candied bacon and they came out to me with lard/grease on it and they told me it was the glaze. I was there the day prior and they were perfect. The second time around given to me with lard still on them I said no hunny it's def fat and grease and I'll just get food and not the app bacon. He said it would be 30 min if I wanted fresh ones made. I passed on that. But kevin was good and the place was busy to really keep on with this.

Was a wonderful experience. Came for breakfast and had the best service I had ever received. Our server's name was Crystal. Ask for her if you go. I rarely come to Sandusky but I wish I could come more to enjoy this restaurant.

Best breakfast ever we used to have 1 in my town and they closed it to build Ihop which is the worst food ever!!!!

Our server was a younger male, he was very kind and was running his tail off! I wish I remember his name, but he was very nice and accurate. He also gave us some biscuits to snack on while we waited.

Wont be back...too long a wait after ordering and food lukewarm. Also there are still flies there since we were there 6 months ago

The workers were really nice, but never got a side of food that I ordered. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but it should still be noted.

There are no bad meals at Bob's. Bob's is like eating at Grandma's house. Good comfey food with good service at a right price.

Coffee's great staff is excellent

Great food and fast friendly service!!!!! Took my mother there for Brunch and we really enjoyed ourselves!!!!!!! Will definitely be back!!!!!!!
