Review Danny Boy's Italian Eatery - Sandusky

Went to this restaurant when staying at the Great Wolf Lodge. Food was quick and really good. My daughter and I got pasta while my fiancé got pizza. We all enjoyed our choices and the appetizer we got. Staff was friendly. I don’t remember our waiters name but he was great! So nice and quick to handle anything we needed. If we ever come back to the area again, we will go back!

Great pasta and pizza with other stuff. Great place to eat we loved everything we got. There bread is really good. The Alfredo is great. I am normally worried about getting alfredo places, but there's is great it has a slight pepper taste but in a good way. My kid loved it. The hot and BBQ wings hands down one of the best. Wings are a good sauce and the sauce was great. Also the buffalo fries are a must try. We have tried something like this in Chicago before. So simple but yet no one does it. They go very well with the wings The meatballs are another good choice they make them in house. Needless to say everything is good.

Amazing service! They got creative in getting our group seated family style a few weeks ago. These times are so challenging for restaurants right now but Danny Boy's doesn't miss a beat. The food was delicious and the menu was loaded with so many tempting selections! It definitely a "must-return visit" restaurant to try all the remaining items you haven't had a chance to order yet. The Chicago Pizza is 10*** AMAZING!! The homemade house rolls - let me just warn you - you won't be able to eat just one and they come with just about every dish! YUM!!! This is a MUST STOP whether you are passing through the area or not. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I had our Valentines dinner at Danny Boys, I had the Steak House Fettuccine, so delicious, great flavor. My husband had the ribs, tender and delicious, the bread is amazing, Thank you for a wonderful dinner!!!

This is a must go if you are anywhere near the Sandusky area. Every piece of food here is amazing. The wings are some of the best I've had, the pizza looks and tastes just as a good pizza should, and even the beat salad is done perfectly. All for not that bad of a price! 10 good size wings ( I already ate some in the picture) were a mere $10.99. The atmosphere here is also quite relaxed, good for a casual date night. 10/10 from me chief.

Love it there. Been a few times. Bread sticks are amazing. Portions are generous. Staff courteous and helpful. Keep up the great work!

This place is amazing!!! Awesome menu with so many choices, and really good prices. My kids sat down and played cards that were provided on each table...then found a cool tic tac toe game and played that. Food came fast and our server was incredibly nice and even gave us a sample of their yummy soup! It was so good my daughter ordered a bowl of it. My son got a small pizza that was really good. I got the coconut shrimp and sweet potato fries....amazing! My mother-in-law got a sandwich and onion rings and said they were great. We were so happy with our meal, we can't wait to go back and enjoy it again. I highly recommend Danny Boys!!!!

We were looking for a place to eat after attending The Honda Family Festival at Cedar Point and were so glad to find Danny Boys!!! Our waitress, Hannah, was awesome and patient with us as we were all tired and hungry. She made sure everything was good and kept refills coming. The deep dish Pizza was kick ass, the onion rings with "swing sauce" was great, and the champagne vinaigrette on our house salad was delicious!!! We also tried the cannolis...oh my!!! This is definitely a place that we will revisit when back in the area. Oh, Frank Sinatra playing in the background was wonderful as well adding to the wonderful atmosphere of the establishment. Thank you for a very enjoyable meal after a long day at Cedar Point. �🖒

We rented the party room for our sons birthday party and we could not have been happier. Sarah was our hostess and she was friendly with everyone and engaging with the kids as well. She worked hard to make sure we were happy and was very accomdating to our needs. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed themselves greatly. Our guests complimented us on the party and the food. I would highly recommend this place for any family party.

We just tried this place yesterday for my Granddaughters birthday. We were staying at Kalahari and needed dinner so we looked online and found this place. WOW what a great place. Food was great. When we go back we will be visiting them again. Thank you

Mark was our server. Mark always does an excellent job taking care of us. The salad was fresh and crisp, garlic bread hot and fresh and our entrees were hot straight out of the kitchen. Always a great experience.

We came here years ago on vacation and loved the whole experience! We have talked about taking a road trip to come back for a while now. While on vacation, again, we decided to drive an hour and a half out of way to visit again. The food is just as delicious as I remembered!

We just celebrated a surprise birthday party there and we were beyond impressed with the overall hospitality, service, food, and friendliness of all the staff! The place is great! Excellent staff, super friendly! The menu looks fabulous although I've only tried the Big Lebowski. This sandwich is absolutely delicious. Love it.

This was my first time at Danny Boy's. I walked in and ordered take out. The girl who took my order said 20 mins till food would be ready. 45 mins later it's finally done. I ordered a NY thin crust pizza and got the orginial crust. Got back to hotel and no fork or napkins. The food is very good though.

Our waiter Michael was amazing! We had a large number of people. He was spot on! He went the extra mile. Couldnt have asked for someone better! Also need to mention that yhe food was soo good ! We will be surr to come back next time we are in the area.

Perfect dinner choice to end our quick vacation to Cedar Point and Put in Bay. Food, service, and atmosphere were excellent! Out of all of the places we have eaten at in the area, this by far was our favorite!
