Calamari was cold on the first bite. House wines are barely passable. The bread on the table was cold. They get 2 stars because of the aesthetic they have cultivated. It's a nice building and it definitely feels like authentic Italian. Bottom line: if you're in the area this is worth trying, but don't make any special trips.

This place is fabulous! I was very comfortable with their service, and how they are handling precautions for Covid. The food is amazing! We had to sit at two different tables due to our family size. However, they still made our dining experience wonderful! Thank you! Thank you for giving our family a memorable evening. We WILL return, and definitely recommend your restaurant to others.

Honestly I never do these but after the terrible food that was extremely over priced I felt compelled to save others from eating here. The bread served to the table was raw. The chicken parmigiana tasted as if the chIcken could possibly have been frozen. I was so excited to try this restaurant too!! Really bummed it was this experience for us.

Fun decorations and atmosphere, superb service, great food. Gluten free pasta available. Our server, Hannah, put together cheeses and peppers instead of the usual 🍞 as my girlfriend is gluten intolerant.
Wonderful experience! Make sure you check out the downstairs which is also thematically decorated.

Wow first experience at Sortino Italian and the food was AMAZING!! It was very authentic Italian food, the flavors of the sauces(I tried 4 of them, everyone in my family got something different, and they were all amazing...)that I haven’t had in years!!! Well worth the trip!! So very sad to hear the owner is selling and they are moving to kalahari water park, as I’m sure the recipe will change.... if you get a chance to try this place before it moves, it will be worth you time and money!!!

Absolutely fantastic food and a great atmosphere ! The fettuccine alfredo with shrimp is the absolute best I have ever had. I will miss the old building once they move to Kalahari but I'm sure this new building will be nice as well.

We go back every year when we visit Cedar point. Best Italian restaurant we’ve ever been to. You have to have the mozzarella cheese balls! And my wife says there’s a cool picture in the ladies room.

Visited Sortino's on Wed 8/1. On vacation with my wife(Ginny Delfino Lamneck), my Son and my two Grandchildren. What a Great place! We were treated like Family!! I'm not easily impressed, but your place was a breath of FRESH AIR!!!! Can't wait to come back! We are from the Columbus area!! Five Stars!!!

Sortino’s is always the perfect place for a celebration! We had a wonderful time honoring my parents’ 49th anniversary (who drove an hour just so we could celebrate here!), complete with a dessert toast from George himself... Delicious food, amazing wine, and the staff always makes us feel so special! Thank you for another perfect evening! ���

Dear lord was this place delicious! Started with the bread and dipping oil, then a marvelous Caesar Salad and then what ended up being a three meal Fettuccine Mare. I can not rave enough! So much fun! Service was wonderful as well!

Highly recommend!!! Here for cedar point and decided to give it a try. Their customer service is amazing. They treat you like family. The owner checked in to make sure we were having a good time. Fun atmosphere. Portions are large- ill have left overs for days. Gotta try the CANNOLI!!

*****EXCELLENT ***** Atmosphere, food, and the staff were AMAZING! We went shortly after they opened, so there was no wait. Needed take home containers due to the large portions. I highly recommend “their” wine. We were visiting from MN, best Italian restaurant I’ve been to.
