Hands down the best brock over pizza I've had. Next time I am in town, I will 100% be back. Fantastic beer list as well. Waitress was wonderful, and kept things clean! Can't say enough good things!

These photos are from last December when we had dinner with my daughter who recently moved to the area. The service was awesome - we were seated right away. The food was delicious - salad in December and everything was fresh! I loved the arugula on top of the pizza. A large selection of unique (including local) beers. I will for sure return again!

Very good wood fired pizza. Much different than many other wood fired pies being a very thin crust. The edge crust is more like a crispy cracker. I prefer a crisp edge crust with a nice inside chew and a little more of a smokey crust.

My wife and I are not from the area and decided to try The Brick Oven Bistro for dinner. The pizza was made with quality ingredients which made probably the best pizza we’ve had! Nice atmosphere and All of the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend for sure!

A great casual place with good pizza. The plus is that they were able to cater to vegetarians - vegans and have a full bar. They got our order right, I got to taste a great new lager and the pizza was delicious. My only negative was that the vegetarian pizza seemed a little light on toppings.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve had frozen pizza which tasted better! It’s was greasy and flavorless it tasted like they poured a pound of oil on the pizza. Their pizza was so thin and doughy it felt like a tortilla soaked in water even the cheese on top was thicker then the crust, it was absolutely REVOLTING! PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Good food , but what I had originally ordered I wasn't able to get because they were out of the meat.

Usually I would say 5 star but I just left brickoven We only got our apps and after a hour and a half wait we asked how much longer the poor waitress told us they just put it in the oven. Everyone was already anoyed with the long wait so we left.
