This review is specific to the Lounge bar. In town for a conference and decided to check it out. Our bartender Coley was absolutely amazing! She was so nice and friendly to talk with. She made off-menu drinks on the spot based on flavor profiles we asked for, and completely nailed it. Totally worth it!
Ate breakfast here everyday during our stay at the resort and they had wonderful options. Some days I stuck with the continental breakfast which was cereal, fruit, pastries and bagels/toast. One day I did the hot continental breakfast which included an omelet and waffle station, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, grits, hash and scrambled eggs. Everything was clean and organized and the staff were lovely.
Sandcastle at night serves sushi! I loved the Spider roll. My parents shared the seafood platter. My husband enjoyed the Cuban sandwich.
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was again good, but not amazing. For the price 28 per person, I believe it should be amazing.
Our server brought our check after only 20 minutes. I had ask for refills of the coffee.
I am accustomed to Hilton having exceptional service.
Conveniently located inside Hilton Sandestin Beach Gold Resort & Spa. Menu is limited. I suppose deigned to just complement the bar.
Unlike the outside “grill” at the Hilton, Sandcastles deserves 5 stars. The food quality for the breakfast buffet was surprisingly high, considering how many people seem to be there at all times. There was always plenty of fresh fruit and other foods, along with an area where you can order an omelet or waffle as part of the buffet. For a table of drinks and as much food as we could eat for brunch (4 people), it was about $60. Our server was fantastic and we tipped her $20 bringing our total to $80. I haven’t dined here at any other times aside from the morning, but if you’re looking for a good place to start your day at the Hilton, Sandcastles is a great choice.
We stayed at the Hilton during a basketball that they sponsored and we ate the breakfast buffet two of the five days and the food was excellent but one day they were out of Coke so we settled for Dr. Pepper. $20 per person can get costly especially with a full team
We stayed at the Hilton the week of the 4th. We had an absolutely wonderful time. This restaurant is where we ate every morning for breakfast. Our server was named Claudia. She was the best waitress they have. We LOVED her. So sweet and attentive. I highly recommend her if you happen to stop in. The coffee was the best and the food was great. Stop in next time you stay. You won’t regret it.
Stopped in for some late night snacks. Was pleasantly surprised by by the service from Mary and matt!!! The gumbo was out of this world and wings were some of the best we've had!!! Make sure you get the bowl size for the gumbo, if you get the cup size you will regret it because its sooo dang good!! They have local beers on tap and will put them in plastic cups so you can take them o. The beach after hours!!!! Great service, amazing food! We are coming back for the gumbo for sure! Make sure you get the wings 'hot' with ranch, skip the blue cheese which is not the best. Definitely a fan of the wings and the gumbo for sure!!!
Shout out to Ciara for her great service and attention! Our dinner was spectacular. Generous portion size barely enough room for dessert so shared a vanilla orange creme brulee with my hubby. What a wonderful evening.
Ate here last night. Our servers were both sweet ladies and very helpful. The kids and I ordered from the Sandcastles menu and my husband got sushi. All very good food!
