The Burgers were great, but the fries cold. We had to wait a few minutes to get our order you would think the fries would have been hot. I WANT HOT FOOD!! ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAVE TO WAIT ON IT INSIDE OF YOUR LOCATION!!
The last few times I have eaten there their burgers are dry and tough. I feel like the patty's are precooked and sitting in a warmer for several hours . Used to be my go to place because I live so close to it. Now. I find myself driving by and going elsewhere.
I usually don’t write reviews on fast food restaurants but this one deserves one. Whoever works in the kitchen during lunch hours on Saturday does a great job on making those burgers look extra good.
Very hateful service from store manager who was taking orders on the drive through . I went inside she was arguing with the staff about all orders. Took 25 minutes inside to get a burger and fries. You guessed it she was hateful inside. She needs to be replaced by someone who wants to give good serv
Was asked to pull forward in the drive thru so they could make my food fresh. Burger we cold, dry, burnt and we’re much like jerky. Fries were cold. The guy taking orders was rude. This place is normal pretty good but tonight was terrible seemed like I got leftovers from lunch that had been sitting
The burger was not great. One thin piece of lettuce, one circle of onion and the bun was so soft it mushed flat. I love eating hamburgers, but not this one. The Dr Pepper was good, the fries were shoe string fries they were ok, they were like bites and pieces. Mostly short pieces.
They're out of half the menu & ketchup, but it was clean & the people are nice.
