Great little place to stop and get some gifts or have a beverage or a deli style meal out on their outdoor patio, or you can take it across the street to the winery and have amazing views of the water. The food portions are on the smaller side but who wants leftovers anyways when you’re walking arou
This place is adorable and a stunning location. They have a nice variety of burgers and sandwiches. The burgers are huge and delicious, though a bit pricey. They do wine tasting here which costs $18 but if you buy a bottle (for $22) tasting is included which I think is the best value. The staff were
Ordered a sandwich here, and it was truly amazing! Best pork kimchi I have had. Highly recommend.
Tasty sandwiches with generous portions of meat and veggies, yummy house condiments. Deck dining has view of the castle. Antique telescope is mounted out front for closeup castle view. Gift shop sells eclectic selection of jewelry, kitchen and camping supplies.
The best burger in California. 1/2 lb of Hearst beef and delicious ingredients. The side of fries were seasoned and cooked well too. Great atmosphere and even a view of the castle in the distance. Historic buildings on site and the pier and state beach are nearby. This is a great place to stop for a
I have been trying to have lunch here forever, anf finally made it. The burger was pretty good, made from grass fed beef so pretty lean. My wife had the fish and chips which were awesome! It was Saturday and a band was setting up on the deck. They also have a wine tasting bar featuring Hearst w
Had an excellent lunch. They adpted a gf sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Hubby's was also excellent. Rest rooms were immaculate. Highly recommend
Burgers were huge (ended up eating mine with a knife & fork), fries and onion rings were good. Pricey for the taste but still worth a stop, especially before or after a visit at the nearby beach and pier or Hearst Castle.
This gorgeous spot was the perfect lunch stop! We tasted wine, had delicious burgers on the patio and listened to the waves. Simple menu with limited options, but it was all really good and high quality.
A meal within a meal, best Hamburger with 100% Beef. Sebastian is a place to go for Hamburger, the Beef taste so good it reminds of what burgers use to taste like with all the fixing and the French Fries were outstanding. The burger was so big I had them cut in half to share. The service was outsta
Very yummy food with a great staff and fun gift shop. Quiet in the middle of the week with a "special spot" vibe. Enjoy!
Very friendly and good value for this area. Sometimes the outdoor seating is mostly taken weekends. Food preparation is very good. Fun to watch Hearst ranch horses other side of the fence.
Still charming after all these years/decades visiting here! Once a quaint general store, now a well designed authentic wine bar. Highly recommend. 2-21-19
Big burgers! We came here at a rainy day coming back from the castle. This place is a burger joint with a nice wine bar attached to it. The burgers were very good and the service was fast and friendly.
We stopped by because the Piedras Blancas Light Station Tour indicated that Thorndike, the original light house keeper, owned Sebastian's as the local market back in the early 1900s. As an avid historian, I found it exciting that Hearst maintained the building to date. It's an interesting and signif
