I was having trouble with the Wells Fargo website and getting my tax forms from the bank. Mark and the banks manager immediately helped, waited on the phone for support and got the problem figured out.
A nonworking link online turned out to be the issue. Mark got the papers printed out for me, offered me all kinds of good business service and let me get on my way. Excellent crew at this branch.

Usually just use the ATMs here.
The few times I have gone inside the bank tellers are super friendly. Sometimes the branch manager is the greeter and has asked what kind of service I need as I walk into this branch. I can see and feel the genuineness of "Hello, how may I help you?" here. The wait in the line is never that long.
