This is a high-end grocery store. Imagine an even more expensive version of Whole Foods. Quality of everything is extremely high, as are the prices. The moment you enter, you know you’ll be paying higher prices. There’s a gourmet chocolates and confections station right by the door, with beautifully arranged desserts. You’ll pay higher prices for the same goods in any other local super market, but can find some brands that you won’t find in most other stores, like Sir Kensington’s Ketchup. They also have sushi, soups, and pasta made fresh. There are seating areas for dining, immaculately clean floors, and underground parking. It also has a second floor with lots of home goods like fancy dinnerware, fancy cards, candles, etc. Do not bring children to the second floor. There are fragile expensive things there, and you do not want any expensive accidents. All in all, not a place for your average customer. For tech workers or high income earners, the price differences might not matter if you want to enjoy a quality shopping experience. Catering to their specific audience though, they do an excellent job of maintaining the facilities and providing quality products. Just don’t expect to save any money shopping here.

Super super overpriced. Basics that you can find anywhere like toilet paper, milk, yogurt are almost 30-50% more expensive here. All the cheaper everyday products are placed on lower shelves so they can sell you the expensive imported versions. The store is nice and large and has everything you need, we stopped going here except if we need something really specialized. Go down to Deans to get the basics and nice affordable fresh produce.

Besides an amazing array of fresh flowers (some I've never, ever seen in my life) they have every yummy thing you could ever imagine. An outstanding choice of artisanal cheeses and salamis - as well as - ice cream from small Mom & Pop shops in the bay area. It's not cheap but it is worth it. Looking for a Welsh Cheddar with Scallions in it? They've got it. Want a spicy soprasatta that will knock your socks off? They've got it. Specialty Apricot jam from Italy? They've got that, too!! Go, you're gonna love it!

My only complaint is that the prices of common goods are 20-40% more than other stores for the exact same item (i compared to whole foods). It feels excessive to pay $4.69 for a bag of chips that goes for $2.70 elsewhere. But, as a family run operation I really hope that extra money goes to their employees. The place is pristine and well organized.

One of the nicest full-service grocery stores in California. Below ground parking is extremely convenient.

The meat and bakery sections are very good, but vegetable and fruits are limited and expensive. I don’t understand why a box of blueberries of the same brand is $10 here vs $5 at Whole Foods. Both are organic and everything else is also exactly the same.

Everything you need in one place.... From not rushing me the night our elderly aunt and uncle fled the first night of firestorms in Santa Rosa years back or to the time #deli manager @ryanfield helped me pull off a fun-d-raising party on short notice and with a large order... @Draegers is THE best place for specialty markets!!
