Family owned, I ordered from Darunee for an office i was providing lunch for. I figured Thai food was Thai food. I was wrong. Darunee was significantly better than anything I'd tasted to date. I highly recommend, and I will be going back soon.

Love the great lunch menu! My friends and I eat here several times a month. They have the very best Thai food I've been able to find in North County! Prices are great, service is great, food is awesome!!!!

Great thai restaurant. The curry was delicious, I would recommend ordering the curry over stir-fry and salads.

All right so
chicken pad Thai- 6/10 very little chicken, A little wet, good overall flavor but not very satisfying because of the lack of chicken and wetness.
Chicken fried rice- 5/10 I love chicken fried rice normally, this is a little bland, The rice is stuck together and there’s almost no flavor.
Chicken on a stick with peanut sauce- 8/10 very good very simple, one thing that could improve it is your peanut sauce taste a little bit artificial.
atmosphere- 1/10 it looks very on organized in there, it needs a new paint job, The door pushes in instead of out in a tiny building like that it’s a fire hazard.

My go to lunch place with great Pad Se Ew & Pad Thai, those are my favorite dishes here. I don't recommend their Larb although it's a dish I love it is oddly prepared here and fresh spring rolls are so so. Can't go wrong with the noodle dishes here.
