I visited there at around 3pm. There is not clouded at that time. Dining staff is limited I think so that I need to wait a few to get foods.
There is still buffet style however the staff gets your food like canteen.

Expected a level up from what we know as Cabalen before, but found that while main buffet didn't change (sigh), at least they now had better dessert options. My children enjoyed that part the most. Ambience was aslo better.
Fresh and tasty traditional Filipino food. A great little restaurant. Crispy Pata was amazing and the Lumpia was delicious. Served fast, fresh and friendly.
Food line is slow-should spread out somehow so waiting time shortened. Local Filipino foods taste fine but Japanese stuff not worth trying. Pork selections tasty. Fish selections ok.
