Bar Gitano

Amazing food and live flamenco music! We went on a Sunday night - I believe they have a live performance every Thursday and Sunday night. Music was great and they even had a dancer. Go here for a fun and new experience. We ordered four tapas (2 people) - chorizo with garlic, Spanish potatoes, ribs, and mushrooms in garlic. All we're delicious, though the potatoes surprised us the most. The chorizo had a lot of pieces, we couldn't even finish it. Good way to fill up if you like sausage. For drinks definitely recommend the sangria (it's white sangria). It's not even on the menu but it's very good.

We had a roller coaster experience here. The hostess and waitstaff were friendly and prompt and helpful, but the bartender was standoffish and moving at a snails pace even though it was very busy. We waited over 15 mins to get our cocktails from him and meanwhile he was just fulfilling drink orders for servers and cleaning up the bar. When he finally got around to starting our drinks he had to ask us again what we ordered. The food was EXCELLENT but they were out of more than 5+ items that we wanted to order. The live music and dancer were lovely and authentic, but way too loud to have a conversation while eating. The fish tacos were easily the best thing on the menu but all the food was great!
