Pho Pasteur - San Jose - Photo album

My brother disregarded that it was a pho restaurant and ordered bu luc lac (shaking beef) instead. Still he seemed to like it, the surprise was it was fried with jalapeno so the seeds were a good kick. I'll probably try the pho next time we are around. Service was nice. Tried pho this morning, it wa
First off, The service in this spot is extremely friendly and welcoming, From the greeting to the informative menu explanation, It made my experience all that amazing. The pho broth was perfect. Zero complaints. This has been the best pho I have had! Highly recommend!
it is the best pho i’ve ever had, it was delicious, just perfect, and the woman was absolutely delightful. she was very kind and pleasant for it being early morning. i highly recommend this place!!
Great service, quick and great pho in the San Jose. It’s perfect for cold fall day!
2/13/2022 at 9am. Opens early. Basic place to get food without service. Just like a food court in malls. Too oily and bowl size does not match value price.
As the other reviewers said, the broth is the best. No MSG aftertaste, when you smell the Pho bowl, you smell the actual beef, the bones, the love they put in each bowl. The taste of it is more toward North Vietnam than South Vietnam which is less sweet, more flavor. Worth the money!!!
The pho here is amazing- one of the best in the world! I normally pick out a lot of my noodles at most pho places but the noodles here are the best I've had. So fresh every time. The broth is delicately balanced and flavorful. I like the pho tai with beef tripe and tendon. You can ask for extra oil
This pho is authentic and reminds me of home cooked pho. Wish they gave just a tad bit more meat but man that soup is something else. Located inside the food court in the back of the shopping mall.
Best Pho outside of Hanoi Vietnam in my opinion. Anytime I am out here on business I make it a point to come.
This is the best Pho in San Jose. The broth is not heavy with anise or sweet. The fresh noodles are always available (at least in the mornings). It’s very consistent and we go usually on the weekends. The owners are always nice.
