Clean and fully stocked in the early morning.
The service could have been a tad bit faster.
But the person at the counter was patient and answered all our questions.
We tried the veg out bagel - came with chips.
It's good with the shear and the veggies.
Fresh start to the day with the balance in bread and fibre.
Will be back to try other bagels.

The food is really good. We tried a six cheese bagel with chive and onion cream cheese which was pretty good and also a jalapeño bacon bagel which was decent as well.
But the best thing We tried, which all the spice lovers would like as well was the jalapeño salsa cream cheese on an everything bagel. Especially loved that!!
Cutting one star as their menu is a little confusing and for first timers you really need to look real hard to decide what you want exactly.

Not really what you'd call true New York bagels (contrary to what some would claim), but still offers an above average product menu. Not sure the price-to-value is great, but I used to make some morning stops here on the way to work and if the opportunity presented itself, I would go back.

Good prices with generous portions. The lox was good quality for a bagel shop. Needs better knife skills, my bagel was cut 75/25. But I'm definitely going back.

Great stuff! But I still can't stand the attitude of the staff. They never smile and aren't friendly at all. I asked once and the cashier said they were tired. I guess partying all night isn't conducive to good customer service. But the bagels and sandwiches are great. One pet peeve... referring to cream cheese and other spreads as SMEARS.
I can't help but think of an OB/GYN office every time. CALL IT WHAT IT IS!

This is a great place for a lighter breakfast
With bagels instead of hash browns and pastrami sandwiches with potato salad. And great coffee and even decaffeinated coffee to boot. The service is fast and I got 10 percent discount on my order because I'm a Senior. It is a nice place to relax on a otherwise busy day

Bagels are good but they have a hard time opening at 6am. Today the turned the lights off at 5:50 and are hiding in the back. At least put a sign up saying your manager with the key is late again and can't open the registers.
