Thai Chicken Salad - much better than expected!
I came to Starbird before and wasn’t that impressed with the chicken burgers, however the Thai Chicken Salad today was really tasty and the greens all fresh and juicy!
I asked for the crispy chicken, and was served the grilled chicken, but it was still very good nonetheless.
The sauces are a great accompaniment.

Hot chicken sandwich fries and soda. Craft soda was great and the chicken sandwich was delicious. Meal was ready quickly.

1st time & I like it. I ordered the chicken wings comb, the wings were crispy just the way I like them & the Greek Yogurt Ranch is so gooood. Pickup was easy & fast. Will definitely be back to try something else. Highly recommended!

Orange salad came in good proportion. It had orange slices, carrot, lettuce and fried chicken. Tasted really good.

I got the chicken chop salad and it was great! Would get again and come her for that! Not sure about other menu items, but if you’re in the mood for a chicken salad - I would recommend!!

When you come in there are 2 order Kiosks and there wasn't anyone at the front registers. Easy enough to place your order and sat down only to have order called, so quick service.

Great place for some excellent fried chicken options. Their Nashville hot chicken is the best hot chicken, kinda similar to Dave’s hot chicken but their side of yogurt is where the real difference is. The ambiance of the place is simple and neat, they got both outdoor and indoor seating.

Starbird is a beloved chicken spot that offers tons of options from salads, wings, tenders, tacos etc. Have been ordering from here for years and they have not disappointed. Sauces are unique and delicious my favorites are the Seoul spicy sauce and greek yogurt ranch. The prices are fair for the portion size and quality of food. Definitely would recommend Thai and Buffalo wings, another favorite is the Nashville hot tenders its just the right amount of spicy. For a "fast food" there are some pretty healthy options here and even a plant based option. Lastly I can't end this review without mentioning the cookies, they taste freshly baked and are a definite must try!

In the area for work. I was headed to the Habit burger next door and saw Starburd. The sign said "Best Chicken Sandwich in the SF Baycarea". I am glad I tried it. This is the best chicken sandwich I have had maybe ever. Crispy breading but not too much or greasy. Fresh tomatoes and very tasty slaw on there. The sauce takes it home on the sweet and Chewy bun. Way better than all the chain options. And usually the fries are hit or miss but there were a solid 7 out of 10 so it definitely added to the experience. If you are near a Starbird, it is well worth the stop!

first time here, thai salad was good, was glad they had grilled chicken option (substitute). Also got the wings, glad to see wings served at a non- restaurant / fast food type joint.
The dill pickle dip was good with both the wings and the salad, the dressing that came with the salad wasn't that good.
Not sure why they don't take orders in person, can only order on the kiosk which was a bit inconvenient.

Tried Nashville Hotbird, 12 wings , Nashville Hot Fries.
12 wings - picked garlic parmesan and star sauce, 6 each. I loved star sauce wings.
Nashville Hotbird - a sandwich with crispy chicken , loved it and is a must try
Nashville hot fries - sauce tasted yum although fried missed some salt :)
All the orders were great and they are neatly packed for take out!!
Nashville Hotbird is a must try!

There food is fresh, well made, taste good. My daughter's favorite the grilled chicken on corn tortillas prepared gluten free. I don't have a favorite yet but the Starbird Chicken Sandwich is good. I can tell you the chicken tenders are good. One thing to know the sauces are drizzled on top on the tender to change the flavor (and your fries) so a pro tip would be on your first order to get it on the side and you can figure out if you like it and either use it as a dipping sauce or drizzle it yourself
It also comes with a side slaw that I didn't see on the menu that was really good!
The Drinks are Watermelon Lemonade which was refreshing and Something Ginger Beer Soda which was drinkable but a bit disappointing as Ginger Beer Sodas go.

The chicken sandwich was alright but I would recommend getting the chicken tenders box I got the Nashville hot. Great flavorful tender juicy chicken. I love how the fries on the bottom soak up all that seasoning and oil from the fried chicken. You can also order the Nashville hot *Blazin to bring up the heat a bit more. My favorite dipping sauce they have is the herb aoli. The OakTown root beer was not that good, didn’t really taste like rootbeer more like flat Pepsi to me.

Nashville chicken taco is the best with hot flavor. California taco is also good though.
First visit and am impressed with the flavory food. Chicken is soft and well cooked as I like it.
Definitely coming back for more 😋
