Been here several times , always good each time with plenty of vegetables accompanying the Vietnamese crepe , the people serving us don’t know English well but it’s always good having a friend that knows the language

The best Vietnamese ever for Banh Xeo, Vietnamese Crepe. The veggies are all fresh and crispy..something healthy for the body. The portion is quite huge but you get it all worth . Sumptuous and right price but tiny space. Asian ambiance, but not too friendly people. They hardly speak English. This place gets full from 12-1:00 p.m. hard to get a vacant table, got to wait a little for seating. I’d come back for another round of the famous Vietnamese Crepe here!

Nice fried rice and really good vermicelli! Their house special fried rice is pretty good! However it's questionable why they charge for water during COVID or maybe they done this all the time.. at least you can tell us in advance.. at least you can take it out with you too...

I ordered the banh xeo with mushroom, shrimp, and tofu. It was a nice-sized serving. Was disappointed that the mushroom, shrimp, and tofu were completely unseasoned, but overall the dish was still good since there was fish sauce to dip the banh xeo in. Banh khot is untraditionally made with thick flour and a coconut flavor. Still tasty though! When sitting outside, expect to be propositioned to buy fruit from street vendors.

Bánh xèo is ok. If you are a difficult customer, you will not like the way it tastes . My opinion is that the food is ok to eat. The "cake" (Outer part of the food) is very crispy. But I like the traditional way better. The traditional way is made crispy on the edges, and soft in the inside. And the missing vegetable are cucumbers! The way it is made takes a long process, but it is worth the wait. If you like it made quickly, there are other foods for you.

Good friends + good banh xeo= good San Jo Saturday! Many places claim they make good Banh Xeo crepe, but, the pandan here makes it better! I know, I know, the pork rolls are not Brodard-style from Fountain Valley, CA. But, these rolls are the 💣

I actually walked into this restaurant blind. I moved in January of this year and haven't had the time to look around the city to check out good eats. I figured since I had plenty of time before work today, I thought I'd drop by to check out the place. First thing I notice is how narrow the restaurant is with one major walkway down the middle with table sitting against the walls. Not too small, but it was good enough to walk past without bothering anyone eating. Got seated, and ordered a báhn xèo (Vietnamese savory crepe) with mushroom, tofu and shrimp with a one order of spring rolls (2pcs) and a fruit tea drink. Plates come by with a bowl of Romain lettuce, basil and cilantro, and I realized just how BIG the crepe was. It was stuffed with plenty of bean sprouts, surrounded by the mushrooms, shrimp, and tofu. I learned that you wrap cuts of the crepe into the leaves and dip it into the sauce.... I'll tell you something though, I love texture, so when I bit into the leafy goodness, I was in heaven. You could taste a bit of each ingredient in the bite with crunchy, slightly buttery taste with the fresh basil and cilantro. I tried the spring rolls and my goodness, it's hefty, large, and in charge. The spring rolls are very filling and quite a mouthful. They don't skip out on the meat either so each bite is not too the broom with fresh herbs and meaty goodness that you can do into this sauce. I'm not quite sure it's a peanut sauce since it was dark in color. It was probably hoisen (oyster sauce). I was planning on only eating half of the crepe and taking the rest too work but ended up finishing it, and paying for my food. It's definitely worth trying it since there's not a lot of restaurants similar to this one around.

As other reviews pointed out the banh xeo takes a while but this is because each one has to be made on the spot. Our spring rolls came out fast and was one of the best I had. Banh xeo was so delicious and one was more than enough for one person. The fresh veggies really complimented the dish. They are busy for a reason. I highly recommend it.

I come here quite often. I like how the banh xeo is always very crispy and lots of fresh vegetables are offered. If you run out, they will gladly give you a new basket.

It was good and the banh xeo is big but there is not that much filling.

They have good banh xeo! It’s very crispy and the vegetables are very fresh. If you order one plate, the basket of vegetables is plenty. We ordered three banh xeo and only got one basket of vegetables.

The best Banh Xeo. I love the pile of fresh leaves contrasted with the crispy-fried batter filled with up to 3 proteins of your choice and a generous helping of bean sprouts. Highly recommend!

I went to this restaurant and came for one thing only! Banh xeo!! The crepe was crispy and the filling inside was tasty with meat, seafood, and veggies. It came with a bunch of yummy herbs and greens too. The people who worked there were nice. I would definitely tell my friends to go try it.
