Review Wendy's - San Jose

I normally order drive thru yet on few occasions that I walked in the restaurant was very clean and stocked. Bathrooms were clean. The food is always prepared and served within 3 minutes. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

We always go for French fries as we are vegetarians and that’s the only option they have. French fries are crispier and fresh than anywhere else.

French fries is a bit hard and too salty. BURGER is satisfying. I got 7 double. Lemonade tastes like chemical. Seat n table are clean.

I like to pop by here for a good quick burger. Last time I went though the top bun was not warm. Still, not bad.

I had a wonderful time here at this Wendy's. I got the fries and they were absouletly splendid. Every bite was a blast if flavor that made me want to eat as many as I could fit in my mouth. The service was pretty good everyone was super nice and speedy at making our food. The music they had playing was also very powerful. It was a great experience!

I love Wendy's. It's usually clean, delicious inexpensive fast food. I usually get the #1 combo, no cheese. I don't like mayo so I ask for just mustard and all the veggies with a side of fries and a diet coke. Something that's a little different with Wendy's is they don't have a self service drink station. If you want more to drink you have to go up to the counter and ask and they will refill.

I will say one thing, if your wife is craving a baked potato this is the fastest way to get one. Very polite workers too

The food took me back to High School. I haven't eaten at a fast food restaurant in years. The food looks different and definitely tastes like its loaded with Sugar and Salt. The service was excellent. It was fast and my food fries and chicken were fresh from the fryer HOT!! I would visit again in a few years. They are hiring.

I had Wendy’s for the first time here the other day, the fries were perfect, hot and crispy. I came back today to try a Baconator and got fries again, and they do not disappoint. Again with the fresh hot crispy fries, and the burger was delicious. For reference, I went through the drive-thru both times. Staff are extremely nice. Wendy’s might be my new favorite American fast food chain.

I haven't tasted such great homestyle french toast sticks anywhere.

I wanted to share my horrible experience at the Wendy's located on Monterey Hwy in San Jose. I am now 27 going on 28 weeks pregnant and extremely hungry around noon. I drove into this Wendy's drive through for the first time to order my lunch. It was about 12:40 p.m. I was a bit confused on where the speaker box was at this location, but waited at the posted menu to order. I waited for a couple minutes and did not get a response, so I proceeded to the window thinking that either the box isn't working or that they take orders at the window. After waiting behind 3-4 cars, the girl working at the drive through window told me that she cannot take my order at the window and I'm going to have to drive around and wait behind the other 6 cars behind me to order or to order inside... are you kidding me? Wendy's worker: I can't take your order at the window. I have too many orders that I have to take. Me: I'm sorry, what? You mean to tell me that you can't take my order at the window even though I am technically in line in front of all of the cars behind me? Wendy's worker: yeah, I told you to wait, but you just drove up. Me: No, you did not tell me to wait. I heard nothing from the box. Wendy's worker: Well, I can't take your order. You have to drive around to order or order inside. Then she proceeds to take orders from the people BEHIND ME at the drive through window and ignores me. I understand that I am ordering from a fast food restaurant so I shouldn't expect excellent service, but what I expect is respect and to be served fairly. I waited in line just like everyone else, why was I denied my right to order? Can someone please explain to me the logic behind this person's actions? Let's deny a pregnant lady food because she didn't order at the drive through box because there was no response the whole time she waited! Very unhappy!

That location on Monterey road is disgusting! Prostitutes with panties hanging off chairs, walking in and out of restaurant with everything showing. Workers didn't seem to give a shit. Never again will i go to that location!
